Flowers were gorgeous! I had to cancel an order I placed with another company because their delivery driver was not willing to wait to ensure the flowers were taken. They wanted to only leave the flowers on the steps and ring the doorbell and leave when its -30°c. I am so glad I went with awesome blossom as they made sure she got the flowers and because the flowers were of much better quality. Thanks awesome blossom. You guys rock!

Call this place for a funeral arrangement. Ask if they could make an angel wings arrangement the lady said oh I don't know I've done lots of different arrangements but this is off the top. Pretty hash when trying or order for a loved one who has passed away. Pretty unprofessional and so much for compassion for customers. I will NEVER call this place for anything ever again. Only gave one star because I had too. Awesome blossom you really need to learn how to talk with customers and get some compassion.

I placed an order for delivery via the internet and called on the scheduled day of delivery and was informed that the flowers were out for delivery. When I contacted the recipient, she informed me that she had never received them. I understand that sometimes things happen however, I also forwarded an e-mail respectfully requesting a confirmation of the delivery which I never received. I have a hard time believing that this business cares about their customers and will be pursuing a refund. I would not recommend this business.

But on Sunday, I got a call saying they had additional spots in their delivery trucks and the flowers were delivered on Mother's Day. Awesome people. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I ordered flowers to be delivered and somehow entered wrong address and when delivery guy could not find the location, they called me to reconfirm the address. And then the recipient was not home so instead of just not delivering or delivering to the front door, the delivery person left a note and went to the neighbors and delivered there. If he had just left it out on the front door, the flowers would have died in the edmonton cold. Would def recommend.

I always buy flowers from Awesome blossom! I have been doing this for years now as I am often out of town for work and not able to bring them to her myself. So I go online and it’s very easy to navigate and there is a nice selection of flowers to choose from and 3 different price points to choose from, which is a nice option. The only minus is that they call in the (early) morning of the day of delivery to ensure you are home to receive the delivery. But the flowers are always very fresh and beautiful and if you feed them on day 1, they will last about 4 days longer! I will always buy from Awesome Blossom!

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a family friend and was honestly quite disappointed when I actually saw the bouquet the next day. I ordered the Halcyon Heart™ (deluxe $90.95) and it did not look like the picture. I do realize there may be some differences due to flower availability but it was not at all worth the price that was paid. The roses were quite big and pretty, but the size and remainder of the bouquet was in my opinion disappointing and some of the flowers were already drooping and browning. Positives-the online ordering was easy, and I did appreciate the email confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I also appreciated that it was a local business versus a chain store. Not sure if I would be a repeat customer, I have had better experiences within the city.

I purchased from Awesome Blossom for so many years, and now i think i'm going to change company's. This Valentines day i purchased Wishes for Kisses bouquet deluxe size, not the regular but the deluxe and it was So freaking tiny i couldn't believe it when my wife brought it home. Not only was it tiny but it looks more similar to the Standard size then the Deluxe. The amount of money i was charged for these flowers is crazy and i am extremely disappointed for what was delivered! The flowers are not even the same from the picture, completely Different from advertised! I only hope i haven't been ripped off like this for all those flowers bought in the past.. What a Joke...

I actually went with the store because of the name. Then I looked at the arrangements and thought there were some great choices. I chose a very original and interesting arrangement for my mom's birthday. I was delivered to her office and she was very pleased. When she showed me the arrangement I realized that some of the specific flowers that were mentioned in the arrangement were not there. I contacted the store and mentioned my concern as they were special flowers to my mom. Immediately she offered to rectify the problem. A new bouquet was delivered to my mom the very next day. Even more beautiful than the online arrangement. They also left the other bouquet with my mom who displayed it at the front reception desk for all to admire. This store went the extra mile to fix a concern I had and really delivered.

Amazing, quick service. The bouquet wasn't exactly what I saw online, but close enough. With the balloon it was almost $100, including all taxes and same day delivery. That sounds like a lot for a bouquet of flowers, but knowing my daughter would get it shortly after she fell and broke her ankle was worth any price. It turned her painful and discouraging 24 hours around and you can't put a price on that; especially when you are a mom very far away. Three hours total from ordering to delivery. Fantastic!

It looked so good that I wanted to eat it, but I am not a herbivore (I am a meatetarian, it is a lifestyle choice). The box of chocolates surpassed my expectations as well. If you're in the Edmonton area, use Callia Flowers. This place is not recommended. Message card was soaking wet and tossed in bouquet, tissue paper was ripped up, they were delivered in a random vase and did not even fit the description as per the website (modern rectangular vase). Flowers were wilty, and the amount of flowers most definitely did not compare to the photo on the website for the "deluxe bouquet." Dont let them fool you. You can go to my wife's office tomorrow and take them back. No care was given to this arrangement.

I checked about five other flower shops in the NW area and this place had the best quality roses of them all. The flowers came nicely wrapped. They had a decent selection of flowers. Red roses $3.99 per stem and for other colors, it is $5.99.

I told them I had issues in the past with other flower shops not making the bouquets not like their website but they are amazing here! Ok where to start? Well first way over priced for what I got, I ordered the "premier flowers " and nothing special about them, the picture make them seam huge but average size and seeing that it was my girlfriend's birthday I got the extra balloon that was supposed to say happy birthday but was a just a small smilie face balloon and then I order and emoji cups that look like some Jr. High kids did in shop class for $16 and the icing on the cake is the flowers I bought for $139 started to die after the third day, see that I don't have much time in the day to make any calls I got the gf to call to complain and left messages to get back to here and they will not do anything to make right or even make time to return her call. So you decide if you want to waste your money here or find a better place that cares about you and the product they sell .

Having heard horror stories on the news last spring about sub-standard floral tributes ordered through a well-known national service I decided to deal directly with a local florist. I live in Ontario, the recipient lives in Edmonton. A Google search listed the top 10 florists and I selected Awesome Blossom based on the number of reviews and the average score. Location and distance to travel for delivery was also a factor taken into consideration. Doris was fabulous and made my experience over the phone delightful. I knew that the occasion called for roses and nothing less would do and she understood the bouquet had to fit the circumstances. Giving your credit card information over to a perfect stranger can be anxiety-provoking. Doris gave me the confidence required to go forward with the transaction. My best friend since childhood received the flowers same day and was touched by the gesture. Losing an only sister is a transitional moment in life that is not easily digested especially when distance over several provinces presents a greater challenge. A late colleague once told me years ago, 'flowers are always appropriate and you can never go wrong with the offer of a bouquet'. I couldn't agree with her more. My hubby must have a charge account with this place! Every arrangement awesome blossom puts together for me is stunning. My last arrangement he bought me for my birthday had hydrangeas and they wilted a day later.(Finicky flowers don't like being in the cold) I contacted them and within minutes Karen has responded offering to replace them. Basically False Advertising! Not a SINGLE flower used was the same from the photo of the arrangement that I purchased off their website, neither was the vase either. I understand that sometimes they may need to substitute other flowers or different colours of flowers, and that no arrangement will look exactly like the picture. But it’s not even remotely close to resembling what I purchased. The only thing in common with both of the arrangements is that it is pink. I would have appreciated if they would have contacted me to let me know beforehand that they couldn’t make it, or offered for me to choose a different arrangement that they had available. To make matters worse, I contacted them over messenger and expressed my concerns. They didn’t even have the decency to respond to my message, they just left me on read yesterday. Hence why now, I am leaving this review. Also their reviews on their website are not accurate, they only post the 4 and 5 star reviews. Here is what I thought I ordered, and here is what I got. Very disappointed.

After the called receivers number the day before and ruined the surprise flowers I sent for the anniversary they then finally delivered the flowers at 5 PM. The flowers water got dumped out of the vase and when the bag was opened the water got dumped on the floor. Not what I was expecting for a $150 bouquet for our anniversary!

I purchased a large bouquet to be delivered same day. I found out the photos of the bouquets are not accurate, funds are in US. The company was not able to deliver due to wrong address but I did not find out until the following evening when I received a text message. I then provided an updated address for delivery. Again I received a text message the following day that it could not be delivered. We are at day 3 now. I cancelled the order and I have yet to receive my refund - now day 5. They were quick to take my money and very slow at refunding. I will not use this company again.

Buyer Beware - if you want the arrangement to look like the one you've picked online, make sure you contact the store directly as they will substitute with the flowers they have whether or not the final arrangement looks nothing like the one you picked. The quality of the flowers was great and I was contacted quickly after I left a message but was offered no options to fix it. I was very disappointed that I wasn't contacted in advance to let me know they had zero orange flowers even though orange was a major colour in the bouquet (hence the arrangement looked very little like the one I ordered). Note - I tried to leave this review on their webpage however it hasn't shown up yet....it seems like only four or five star ratings show.

For my birthday I received what was a beautiful arrangement from my cousin. The lady who brought them in kept instructing me not to bend or touch the lilies or they will brown, hold them above the head, a lot of precaution. Regardless I placed them far from all other arrangements I got to give them “space “ so they were not bumped. The night I noticed the lilies start to brown. Then next day was worse. I checked and water full full still. Third day I went to check water and petals were falling off. Fourth day in efforts to save them I pulled out the foam block. The stems had been trimmed so short, so I see how it would need water completely full. Which it was. Anyway, there was no saving them :( So I’ll say yes their arrangements are stunning !! But if it’s the foam block, or them being damaged in delivery prior, no idea but AWFUL. All my other flowers including lilies and roses are still alive from 1.5 weeks ago. I told my cousin to email in and explain but there Was no answer. Would not recommend, unless you want to spend 100$+ that lasts 2 days. This was first time I’ve ever seen something brown and die so fast ... seems a bit odd to me.
