Figured I would take a jump into the 21st century and order my flowers via Grower Direct. I chose this option since my significant other works in the same complex as the florist. I got up nice and early and placed an order only to be phoned just before lunch (approximately 4 hours later) and told they wouldn't deliver the flowers until the day after Valentines Day (which they tried to sell as a great alternative). In addition they were nice enough add a three to four business day wait on my refund so I was unable to afford to make other arrangements. Edit: 2/21/18 In response to this review Grower Direct reached out and offered concessions for this experience. I was informed that this particular shop will soon not be affiliated with Grower Direct and as such will render this review less relevant. I will also note that I have not had issues with previous walk in service over the years and look I forward to posting a more positive review in the future. *Changed from 1 to 3 stars*

Easy to talk to and bring beautiful arrangements to live. easy to talk to and they do a lot of community donations!! I know nothing about flowers and they are very patient. its been awhile since i have gotten flowers but that is where I go when I do :)

I went in looking for an arrangement for my daughtet’s birthday. The service was friendly, I was given several suggestions and was able to purchase it and leave it in the shop until I could pick it up after work. The flowers are lasting well and are beautiful!

Flowers were beautiful, they were ready for pick up. But size of arrangement very disappointing for the price. $$$$. My order was made over the phone not online. Yes, I picked an arrangement from online. Yes we did discuss the changes, due to season. You couldn't tell size from the picture that was sent. Like I said flowers were beautiful. I spent $135 on flowers, I could have gotten a bigger arrangement from safeway for less then half.K8TB48RBNWJ8

Can't say enough great things for this company! I called in to place an order for some mothers day flowers to be delivered. They were so helpful on the phone and friendly! A wrench was thrown into my mother's day plans and they were able to accommodate a change in my order last minute!
