Place is usually quite busy but service is still quick. Coffee's great, and the staff are amazing. I had a spill and was offered a free replacement as I'd just grabbed it, I offered to pay but they were very generous and refused. Great customer service!

So after spending thousands of dollars over the years at Starbucks we are now being regulated to how many ice waters we can have per customer, which is one. My wife and two kids were sitting outside the restaurant and I am only allowed one ice water. Come on Starbucks!

Fast service but everything is filthy and dirty, look out any corner in the store and you’ll know what I mean. My fiancé asked for a glass of water, we already collected our drinks and the Barista asks us to join the (hugeeee) lineup again to get water. Seriously? Does that even make sense? I just bought 2 Grande drinks from you and you’re asking us to stand in line again. Does that even make sense?

It’s a good location because it’s right beside the subway and mall entrance, but when I went there was a big line. I did a mobile order and was waiting on the other side almost 20 min after placing my order…then the very nice girl told me my drink was prepared for me on the other side where the customers that line up get their drinks served to them. Why does it say mobile order pick up on the left of the store when they don’t even leave the drinks there???

Amazing store, it is busy because of it's location (near subway). Baristas are doing the best they can and as fast as they can. They have great service, friendly and funny. Be prepared to wait a little bit. I suggest mobile ordering if you can as it helps cut down on time. Don't mix up locations on, it's Yorkdale Mall East. There are three altogether in the mall (Indigo and near Scotiabank).

I always try to pop by here whenever I can before catching the dreaded 47 Caledonia bus. The staff here make my mornings and really take the time to chat with you and are super enthusiastic, every single time. Love the set up of this location with the nitro cold brew taps (so cool), rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes to place my order and get my drink (but I do go early in the morning prior to mall opening). Definitely by far one of my favourite Starbucks kiosks.

I swear I won’t go to this Starbucks again because the drink is bad and the service is really bad. I was having 15 mins break. I ordered a shot pike with soy and heavy cream and a protein box by Starbucks phone app in order to save time. When I got there, it was happy that the drink and the protein box were ready there. I got the drink and was rushed back to work. However, when I tried the pike place coffee, it tasted really bitter. I was disappointed because I have shot pike everyday and I know how it tastes like. I went back for another one. The staff at Starbucks gave me soy and cream, but It still tasted really bitter even I got a new one with soy and cream. It supposed not to taste like that. I reordered a new drink and paid for it. It’s a Strawberry with lemonade without ice. what made me really unhappy is that they were still give me ice inside the drink. When I told the barista there I have ordered no ice and I was in a rush, her face looked so rude to me. What?!!! My bad?!!! When I got back to work, my break was gone and I don’t even have one min to have some food. I was staving during working.

They are located inside Indigo on the 2nd floor-distant from the hustle and bustle of the main traffic of Yorkdale. I always find it a comfortable place to have meetings or catch some down-time over a delicious matcha latte. The barista's are friendly and extremely efficient at the task of creating aromatic beverages for customers. Furthermore, they are courteous and welcoming to a photographer / google guide taking photos of the venue.

Clean and cozy Starbucks across from Papyrus store at Yorkdale mall. Has tables and chairs out front. It's located near mall washrooms and doesn't have its own washroom.

Green tea smelled like fish. Probably the kind. But since they changed the brand of tea it kinda of sucks because it is not our regular green tea, early grey, etc.

their wifi is horrible! they spy on you, and what you do with "their" internet! I'm a systems engineer! their firewall uses packet filtering/throttling!!! dont go here if you play any kind of game! Also, their "thanks giving" coffee? I get better coffee at the grocery store! marketing lies people...

There are two Starbucks in Yorkdale mall and this review is for the one close to the Scotiabank entrance. This is the smaller of the two location but service is relatively quick and attentive. Depending on time of day it can get busy. Few small tables available just outside the store on the mall concourse.

I come to this particular Starbucks out of all 3 that happen to be in the mall. Why? Because the staff is absolutely amazing at this one. They’re so friendly and fun. Always get my order right, and even if they don’t have something that I asked for, they find a way to accommodate me. Especially love Khadijah, Alex and Aaliyah. They’re my favourites, and they always happen to be there whenever I go, so I see that they def work hard! Esp Khadijah, she’s super sweet! Would love to see her as a manager or something, because she 100% fits the criteria. Amazing job with hiring your staff!

I was there two weeks ago. Took a long time to get to the cashier to order. Way too crowded! No room to move. Not a pleasant experience at all. It took FOREVER AND EVER, to FINALLY get my Frappicino! People that were behind me in line, ended up getting their drinks before I did! Probably between 4 & 5 people! That is just plain wrong! The floor and counter tops were so dirty, with garbage! It was nasty! No one seemed to care about good customer service. Very sad, especially from Starbucks. It doesn't look good on them at all! Whose the Manager at that store? It certainly didn't appear that there was one, due to the way everything was going and looking in there! I was one very UNHAPPY paying customer, that's for darn sure!

There's always 1 barista there that's rude and they're constantly forgetting something in my order or making it wrong, like today. I ordered a peach green tea with lemonade, which is an add-on, and they didn't put in any lemonade. It's annoying because these are careless mistakes that could have been avoided had they taken the extra second to read my order.

Ordered one Grande size tea, chose 1 tea bag instead, and also 2 packets of sugar. When I got it, there are 2 tea bag and no sugar at all. Can you just please look at what the customer ordered before you making it? I ordered from the app, there’s nothing that is not clear.

I purchased a matcha frap and upon drinking it, i noticed there were some kind of nuts in the drink... im allergic to nuts and whatever the small hard brown pieces were mixed in the matcha frap made my throat swell and cough a lot. I threw out the drink that wasnt even finished. I guess they didnt wash their blenders properly prior to making the frap. There are tons of individuals who are anaphylactic to nuts. Please wash your blenders properly before making other drinks.

Ordered a normal hot green tea and waited almost 15 minutes only to get a completely wrong order. Staff is not very competent but are friendly. Horrible place to go if you’re running late. Do not recommend unless you have all the time in the world to wait around.

I’m horrible with names but Josh, Deejah, Nick, and Ann/Jen (sorry!) were amazing and understanding. I manage a store in the hospitality and service industry and would love to have staff as welcoming and patient with them. They kept a positive and professional attitude throughout, especially when dealing with a frustrating customer ahead of me. I was ordering for a friend and when I gave my order wrong, they didn’t hesitate to help out! Management, you hired the right people!

First and last visit to this location. When I asked for steamed milk to be added to my tea, I was told “no, we do not do that here”. Well that was rather odd. Every other Starbucks in Toronto can accommodate this very basic request. Cleary the steam machine was working and there was milk available. Very disappointed customer who will never go back to this location again.

I wish this Starbucks had more seating, because it's usually quite full when I stop by, but it's no surprise because the baristas here are friendly and take the time to get even the most detailed drinks made perfectly. My personal favourite is an iced favourite is a lightly iced green tea but cool lime instead of water, and a single pump of peppermint. Thank you Starbucks Indigo-Yorkdale!

Very angry about the service I received at this the subway location yesterday. The cashier gave me the dirtiest look when I asked for a refill for my cold brew. She looked like she didn't want to serve me at all upon asking for a refill. I have been a gold member since 2016 and the only reason I have been staying loyal with Starbucks is because of the reward program and the perks of being a gold member. Very disappointed to receive such customer service.

There are four of these, chapters, near the subway entrance, at the opposite corner of the mall relative to the subway entrance (if the mall is a square, next to Scotiabank and Microsoft as of Nov. 2018), and Nordstrom. They're all heavy traffic. They all have seating.
