I was a very good customer and i was very excited that they were on DoorDash with delivery. But all things had come to an end with them disabling Delivery in the DoorDash which isn’t good for me that don’t drive or have a ride to do pick up. i just found out that they were added to Skip the Dishes and they have delivery for now. A pretty good Cantonese (Hong Kong) style restaurant that you can find in Windsor, the quality is as good as you can get in Hong Kong. The flavor is authentic and the menu selection is great. The price is reasonable. The service is good if you can speak Mandarin or Cantonese however their English is acceptable so bear with them. It is very popular and it can get pretty crowded. They also have set meal for those who wants something simple and cheap.

Some of the best Chinese food in the city. If you get a dinner combo it comes with soup, a spring roll and a ton of rice with whatever you've ordered (it may come with a drink too). Really good prices. They have vegetarian options. Great service. Clean. I've never had a bad experience.

for a reasonably priced Chinese food place the food is as good as you could expect. I wish the staff spoke better English but all in all, one of the better restaurants of its type in Windsor. Update, Just went in for my first Peking Duck as I heard theirs was the best in Windsor and boy o boy was it good. I ordered 4 hrs ahead of time and it was ready when we got their. Awesome Job!

My friend and I visited the restaurant last night, and were quite impressed. A full combination dinner, and some dumplings off of the app menu, all for under $20. There was enough to make a second meal, as well as to split the apps with my friend. Everything was quick, and was hot and fresh. This is definitely my new favourite place for Chinese food. I cannot recommend it enough.

We ordered takeout, the food was ready in time and came out hot. We had a few combos and a couple of sides. The portion sizes were very large and the food was good. In the store, there are many authentic food options and they have a display in the front window. Parking around the restaurant can be a challenge. So give your self a little time or get delivery.

This place is AMAZING. When I moved to the city I was on the hunt for good Chinese cuisine, and initially tried the Shanghai Bistro next door. That place was really good, and when I went to return tonight, there wasn’t an available table in the place. I took a gamble and tried Sun Hong, and so glad I did. Sun Hong is 1000 times better, the portions are very generous, and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Highly recommend.

Prices were outrageous and no customer service. Thought they would be better than previous owner but I was wrong. Always asks me to pay cash for discount.

Waited an hour and a half for a 3 dish delivery. Called 3 times after the previously advised 40-45 minute delivery time - no weather restrictions on this day. Was told on the first call it was ready and waiting to be picked up (50 minutes after ordering). The 2nd call was an hour and 10 minutes after ordering and I was told it was picked up 7 minutes prior and the driver should be there any minute (10 minute driving distance - max). Called a 3rd time to cancel at the 90 minute mark. Shortly after cancelling the driver pulled up to my home. Thought I would be nice and call the restaurant to say he was here with my food and we would take the order. The lady on the phone said ok good. Paid full price for cold soggy food, without even an apology on the phone or offer of a discount for the obscene wait time. After being a long time supporter of this restaurant, I will not be ordering here again. Ever.

Ok food, but bad service. I used to go there for takeouts because they are probably the only one making BBQ taste right in Windsor, even though pork ears have hair, BBQ pork is fatty, and BBQ duck isn’t meaty. BUT I’ll never go back again because of service I had for few times. Server mixed my order and charged me the price of original order which is more pricy without apology; tried to pass a dish to my friend from a server, but got attitude instead; selective service (ate and observed for a while but didn’t ask every table how the food is or if there’s anything needed. Ok, it doesn’t have to be every table but shouldn’t it be few tables at least if they are busy? Are they getting tips for tables they serve? Well, even if so, my server didn’t care about us, but only 2 tables when there were almost 9 tables. If 4 servers are in charge of 9 tables, I don’t think my expectation is too high). This isn’t end of story, but long story short. To me service is as important as taste. I’ll probably cook myself in the future and pray for a good BBQ restaurant with better service shows up soon

It's difficult to find good Cantonese food in the Midwest US so we drove across the border to this place. The menu is extensive and covers all the Cantonese basics. The Chinese BBQ combination was really good, but the cha siu pork was bland and not as good as the duck or roast park. Fried noodles and fried rice were done well. Service is quick and friendly. Will definitely revisit.

My wife and I have been here twice, and would definitely recommend. The food is the best Chinese food we've had in a restaurant, including some much more expensive ones in other cities. The soup dumplings are a must order - there aren't many places we know of that have them, and they're fantastic. The last time we were there one of the waiters made some excellent recommendations that were spot on. All the food here has been fantastic. Next time we're craving Chinese food, we'll been returning for sure!

Very decent portions (1lb meat / $9.00 +) with rice. Avoid going later night for BBQ meats (6:45pm) as they re-heat in microwave. Old chinese guy might not understand your order so re-say again "half pound, 1 pound, less, more, soy sauce, small rice, no fat, all fat, etc" depending on what you want if you are picking up. Pick-up time on BBQ dishes under 5 minutes. Younger chinese guy understands your order better (in english). Both speak Cantonese. Food is pretty good, crispy, fattening for BBQs - standard rice, suitable broth for soups. Open at decent times. One dish runs 850-1,570 calories depending on how much oil/fat you ate; each rice bowl around 600 calories. Surcharge on credit card / debit card under $10, pay by cash instead. Free hoison sauce most dishes, two thumb's worth ~ 200 calories. Average 2-7 occupants most hours. Taxes non-inclusive on menu.

The food was very good, I had the noodle soup and dumplings, the kuddle fish, and the pan fried fish in black been sauce. The soup broth was very good and flavorful, the noodles where not the best, but the dumplings where very good. The fish was excellent all around, crunchy tasty skin, the meat was cooked well, and the black bean sauce was very savory, this was the best dish of the three. I was told the duck soup was very good too but I food not try that.

When I lived on the west side of Windsor This was by far my favourite location to ever get food from. The duck and barbecue pork are amazing our order always will consist of a barbecue pork fried rice you can even see them hanging right in the front window. Pricing is average and the Hot Pot in other menu items are quite delicious I personally love going there for the lunch special which is dine-in only. If you are a fan of Curry but not extremely spicy this restaurant will make it as spicy as you wish it to be just advise them.

Ordered lemon chicken combo and general tso combo for takeout. I wanted a fried lo mien instead of rice. I was charged $4 change fee for one change to one combo. The noodles came blanched with sauce over them. Not fried in any manner. White noodles and brown sauce. It was a sad meal.
