I love this shop. Great little tackle store with a large amount useful tackle for the river and lakes. Limited selection of rods but sufficient. The tackle is where it’s at!

This was my first visit. I bought worms and some beads to make ice fishing jigs. The gentleman was helpful and friendly. I saw many different items for fishing. I will be going back. The prices were decent.

SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS IF YOU CANT HONOR YOUR BUSINESS HOURS. YOU OPEN AND CLOSE WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT. I DROVE 30 MINUTES TO GET SUPPLIES, SAW THE OWNER GETTING INTO HIS CAR 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME. HIS RESPONSE WAS SORRY, CLOSING EARLY. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! SOMEBODY ELSE NEEDS TO TAKE OVER THIS OLD GUYS BUSINESS.HE CLEARLY NEEDS A NAP!!!!

Small indie bait n tackle shop on the banks of the Detroit river, bought some minnows for a decent price. Cash only. I'll go back. I went back in July to buy 1 once banana weighs and he was out of stock. So he made some for me and called me next day. The BEST service ever, better than a fancy restaurant or big box store. I highly recommend this bait and tackle shop!

Living on Riverside Drive now I've taken up fishing with my boys and because of covid-19 we've had the time to do so. Purchased a few rods some tackle at Canadian Tire but the selection at Strictly Fishing on the west side is the best place around. They have everything you could possibly dream of......great selection on all kinds of gadgets I love this store! Although it may be small it's packed with thousands of interesting fishing commodities and the owner Chuck is a great man very professional and friendly God bless him. If you like to fish and you're in the Windsor Essex county area make sure you stop by. This guy's got everything you're looking for and then some. Thanks Chuck!????

Rude. Specially when he thinks customers are uneducated. Should not have become the only shop in the area. I believe this made the owner rude and arrogant to customers, in my opinion. Besides the fact that some prices increased significantly when his nearby competitor sold the property. The attitude is just wrong.
