The best choice in Whitehorse. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The advice we have received has been very much appreciated. After shopping around, and checking out the competition, our new puppy has been fully outfitted from this store. They have helped us choose our veterinarian, and offered suggestions about trainers in the area as well. A very good variety of food, treats and toys are available for dogs and cats, with some stuff for birds as well. This is a great place to bring a dog to pick up a treat and socialize with other animals at the same time. We will be visiting this store often!

I can find alots of food for my hamster and cat there. Those are very cute shape of food(ice-cream, cookies, snack..????) Also The staff is very friendly. I forgot to ask one of staff's name. Although the store was busy but she still asked me if I need some help. (when I was walking around looking for hamster's sand). Finally, I'm happy I got a free gift items for my lil hamster and my cat from store today after I paid for my stuff. ☺️

All high quality supplies, food, & treats, so it’s not the cheapest place to shop for your friend but you do get what you pay for at a store like this, the employees were very nice too, just let them know what you’re looking for and they’ll happily direct you, or if don’t really know what you’re looking for I’m sure a little back and forth will figure something out :) I liked my experience at The Feed Store.

The best! Getting the friendly staff to clip my dog's nails takes like 2 minutes, instead of 2 hours at home. Great selection of products and pet food, and for every 10 bags of pet food you get a free one!

Never in my life have I seen a store close during business hours for inventory. Their hours are listed as open online. I drove 40 minutes to get dog food. Someone came out while I’m in the parking lot, and said they won’t sell anything. My dog has allergies and I can only get his food here. So I guess he’s having salmon for dinner and I get to drive 40 minutes again tomorrow.

The Feed Store did a great job trimming my dog's nails. Even though my dog was being difficult it only took a few minutes to do her nails. They also have everything you might need for your pet.

I just went in to buy some treats for friends dogs. Got a lot of information from one of the clerks and was guided to items that the dogs have approved. I got little dog bones and 2 other types of toys. And at the cash they had some little dog munchies for free. I havent been in this place since last century when i went in with a friend looking for a special brand of dog food which we found. The place seems a lot bigger now. And people can bring in their pets also. The store has changed to Covid practices but there's enough aisles to keep your distance safely.
