I give 4 star simply because I'm quite impressed with the selection available even prices were decent especially with it being in the Yukon. I feel the aquariums and the equipment used are out dated and same with terrariums and some more up to date knowledge on the animals would help with better care and experience for the animals. Staff were friendly and nice and asked plenty of times if I needed help with anything.

A great collection of pet items for dogs,rabbits, birds, fish and cats. They pretty much have all the accessories you will need for your pet. A nice little shop and great staffs but I think they could use extra staffs to handle more customers especially on weekends.

No return policy on static items, such as unopened items purchased a simple terrarium don't have good place for it. Their policy kind of hidden so you don't see on counter with stuff on it. No refunds no return.Most small business allow up to 14 days note here. Buy be aware. Maybe the debit machine should pop up message if you agree to their policy. Poor business practices no wonder Amazon does so well.

Was treated horrible because i have asthma and cannot wear a mask all the time. I was gained up on by the owner and 2 workers. They violated me by insisting i show medical proof, owner tried to intimidate me by getting right up to me while asking me to leave, even after i showed proof. I filed a police report, this is abuse, just cause you own a store, does not give your the right to abuse your customers, we do still have laws against that sort of behaviour.

Was disappointed in the fish selection this time when we went in. Maybe they are having trouble getting fish due to the pandemic. The staff was friendly as usual and helpful. It is a good place to buy fish usually.

I really like this store a lot they have a lot of things and I've enjoyed over the years getting what I needed but the only thing I do not like is their hours are not consistent especially with covid. I wish they would just open at a regular hour and clothes at a regular hour like in the morning until whatever 6:00 or but to go back and forth noon and then 10:00 and then 9:00 or whatever just open up at a half decent time
