So disappointed in this service from this place. My family had just had an amazing day at the beach and an amazing dinner but that all ended when we walked in here. The selection of ice cream is amazing, that’s why I gave 2 stars but the woman working was so uncomfortably rude, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Unfortunately my little girls had their hearts set on ice cream and I didn’t want to disappoint them. We asked for 1 taste sample each for the girls because I didn’t want to get them something they wouldn’t eat and 1 each for my husband and myself as there was a wide selection and it was exciting. I wish we didn’t because the lady working was clearly not happy about giving them...not sure why you have the sample spoons if you don’t want to give them out. We each got an ice cream cone and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed every time we said what we wanted. The worst part of it all was when my husband was asking which ice cream my 3 year old wanted, my daughter kept pointing at the sprinkle cone because she was excited, this irritated the woman most of all and she got snippy with my daughter. She is 3 years old and you work in an ice cream shop. Maybe this is not the job for you if you are going to be rude to little kids. By this point, I was very done and paid and left. Definitely will never return. I understand everyone has bad days when they are working and maybe this was the case but you never snap at a child that is doing nothing wrong.

This ice cream shop is right across the beach and they sell these two headed cones for enhanced ice cream experience on a summer day. My daughter loved their icecream so much. The must try flavours are coffee & rum n raisins

Want to choose from 50+ ice cream flavours for you and your friends? This is the place you should check out at White Rock. Did twin scoops of the Canadian Moose and the Raspberry Cheesecake, and a single scoop of the Mango Sorvetto. Canadian Moose in particular was out of the ballpark. Have it as a snack, as a dessert, but make sure you have it!

Terrible customer service. Women behind counter rude and obnoxious. I would never get ice-cream here ever again. I would have left but it was my daughter's birthday and she had her heart set on an ice-cream. I had to bite my tongue and deal with the store drama. Terrible.

Lots of flavours and decent price. We got root beer float, mango coconut, mango, sea salt Carmel.
