I only shop organic, usually at Choices Markets but I tried out Nature's Fare because it's closer to home. On top of being grossly overpriced, even for organics, the vegetables were all old, limp, and embarrassing to see on the shelves. Similarly, the supplement section was vast but pricy. I'll shop Choices for my produce and Zed to Health for my supplements.

Awful service in the skin care/wellness area. Had some questions and the lady on duty here seemed annoyed at me and didn't really offer any help. Didn't answer properly. If she doesn't like her job/working on New Year's eve, she should find a different occupation. If she works on commission, she lost mine because I left . Refuse to shop under such conditions. Will find another location.

First of its kind. Very clean, fully stocked full of every organic local vegan or vegetarian item you can think of. I was shocked at how friendly the staff were. They were always asking if I needed something, and they were passionate and knew what they were talking about. They have so many items I can’t even find anywhere else. The conveniently located and lots of free parking is available. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for... it’s a one stop shop for everything you need if you’re a health conscious shopper. Very impressed with my visit today. I also love their free magazine it’s beautiful and full of great health tips. Bravo!

Very disappointed to have stopped into this grocery store to find that they are not enforcing public health orders. Within 60 seconds I noticed a customer freely shopping without a mask and two employees wearing mouth shields, not masks or even face shields, which only covered the bottom of their faces. Look, no one likes wearing masks, but considering how many other grocery stores have found a way of keeping their employees and customers safe this pandemic, I will never been shopping at a Nature's Fare again.

Our family is plant based and this place has it all. They have a membership program for deals. We had some coupons for happy water and this is the only place we could find it. Specialty items can be a bit pricey but still good.

I have not been to Nature's Fare since March which is sad because I use to shop there weekly and often. However as much as I like NF I find their Staff to be hmmm how to I put this...hit or miss. Their Covid Protocol is good from the enterence but could use a little tweek to make their patrons more comfortable. ????

Ultra high quality for food is provided for customers. I have found some rare stuff which with fair price and great quality here. A little bit surprised that for me it's something has higher price than I respect. Also, the service is quite good. They would say hello and help you to find out what you are confusing on purpose. I strongly recommended to shop in this market.

I actually shop here alot for many of the things I need. They carry a good selection of good meats and vegetables. The organic selection is pretty wide ranging. They also have a very nice food counter that serves gluten free options. The also have a great homeopathic section and knowledgeable staff working in that area. Staff has always been friendly and till service is quick and moves at a good rate. Parking has never been a issue as well. Great place to get all your goodies.????????

This message is for Melissa (cashier): Remember that elderly woman you rolled your eyes at when she couldn’t hear you call her out of line to your register today? In case there was more than one elderly woman you were rude to today, I’m talking about the incident that included another customer (me) suggesting the woman wasn’t ignoring you or being rude, she probably just couldn’t hear you. And then you said you didn’t have time for people who couldn’t hear you. Which seemed weird because then you went and leaned up against the half wall by your register doing … literally nothing … while the elderly woman continued to wait until I walked the few steps over from the register I was paying at and let her know you were available. She approached me in my car in the parking lot after that unfortunate experience to thank me for my support. The thing is Melissa, your hearing might be great now, but one day we all get there. At least - we hope to. Although with the Delta variant rapidly growing and the lack of masks/vaccines at this store, reduced hearing might be the least of your worries ;) You may have heard this before but for real, that aging thing happens so much more quickly than we expect when we’re young. I hope when you do get there that you experience kindness rather than the disrespectful impatience you showed that elderly woman today.

Started shopping here while my doctor wants me to avoid having wheat, dairy, rice, potatoes, fruit, and the list goes on. This store still manages to have some options for me which is awesome. This location is always super clean and organized, and the cashier staff are generally really friendly.

Some of the rudest customers in there. Kids that are old enough to wear masks that aren't and touching anything in there and ripping off the tags for items. Empty can and bottles on shelves from people's drinks. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable during this pandemic.

I am writing this review in hopes that the individual that did this views it and changes their ways.. I was at this location yesterday, I was browsing the store, not looking for anything in particular. I was waiting to pick my sister from work in the area and I was early so I decided to look in the natures fair. An employee of yours, a lady with brown hair and a headband was following me down every aisle, she would approach every other customer in a acknowledging manner, asking how they were doing/if they needed any help, etc. However with me she failed to use any customer service approaches. She would watch my every move and pretend to straighten out items on the shelves. This behavior made me uncomfortable and is unacceptable. I understand certain measures must be taken to stop shoplifting but she was making assumptions and stereotyping me. I work in retail myself and I know there are certain measures that must be taken but this is not one of them; you do not follow customers around the store nor do you make stereotypical assumptions.You treat every customer in a respectful manner, regardless of how you may perceive them. I am very disappointed and offended by this behavior and will not be returning to this location, I hope the lady that did this see’s this review, I will also be discussing this matter with your regional management.
