Best Fish Market On The North Shore: I used to live in W Van, shopped here a lot. We live near Deep Cove now, but VFM is worth the drive to W Van. Always, fresh + excellent selection. Haddock & spot prawns are two of my faves. I only have one small complaint & that is that at times they sort of oversell us more than we need. It would be nice if they sold restaurant size portions like they do @ Granville Island.

Cute store and fresh food! Tried the Fish of the Day Taco Bowl for $15. Good sized portion, it’s filling and you don’t feel gross after. Definitely a hidden gem in West Vancouver.

Legit one of the best pieces of halibut I’ve ever bought was from Village Fish. Pricier than Whole Foods and the fish mongers in Granville Island, but definitely will come back.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Delicious fresh food of the best quality, served by courteous staff. My favourite place to shop. Don't EVER get rid of the old screen door! Wonderfully old school in every way. FIVE STARS...excellent!!!

Extremely dissapointed with the service. I called in 3 weeks ago letting them know what I needed to pick up. I gave them early notice because I knew not all of the items would be regular stock. I was assured that everything would be there and ready. I showed up to find out that they had no record of my order, and only had 1 of the 4 items I needed. I put my faith in their ability to stay organized and was let down. Definitely will never support this business again.

This is the only place I buy my fish now, the staff is always so friendly, the fish is always so fresh and the price is hard to beat. They have a new lunch menu with soups and sandwiches which is very delicious. Ask for Nell, she is always so helpful and friendly!

This fish store always has the freshest and best quality products! With fresh new products coming in every morning it is hard to not find a outstanding fresh product here. They carry primarily wild BC, fresh fish and also Icelandic fresh wild products. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to this fish market, you will not be disappointed. They also serve a lunch menu from 11am-3pm the staff is super friendly and informative.
