Very kind staff doing the very best they can to serve everyone and keep the community safe. It’s a wonderful location to get a coffee before walking on the Capilano trail to Ambleside beach. They even have some outdoor seating. Be kind to service workers!

Great location and ambiance. In an upscale neighborhood with plenty of free mall parking around. Been there 2 times. Probably the least friendly staffs and worst services I've experienced in the 30+ Starbucks locations I've visited so far. This does not live up to the Starbucks standard at all. Don't expect smiles and courtesy. Just get your drink and get out. Nice outside seatings though.

Not friendly at all, always mess, my online order at least once a week missed and I have to wait and remind..., gave me the wrong drink dark instead of pike... get tired of them but unfortunately it's the nearest location. I wish the employees trained. I've never seen any Starbucks like that at all !!!

A small Starbucks. It sometimes gets a bit messy but it's good for a quick coffee is Starbucks is your poison of choice. There's some nice spots to sit and they've got a nice patio when the weather is good. Limited parking nearby so you may be better parking behind the Whole Foods and walking through the village. At peak times getting parking can be crazy!

I really wish park royal had more than 1 Starbucks. The past week I've had my mobile orders 10-15 minutes late. All I order is tea or coffee. It should never take that long to pour hot water in a cup and throw in a tea bag. I'm going to mcdonalds from now on.

I can not take sugar and less caffeine by healthy reason, I ask the stuff any tea drinks with no sugar, or can no add sugar. He responses only coffee have no sugar. So I order a decaf cappuccino but now my heart is jumping so hard and shaking hands.! I checked web side, there have many drinks can make no added sugar.!! I won’t comeback here ever

Placing a mobile order actually makes it so you have to wait even longer because no one acknowledges you while at the pickup counter. The mobile orders are placed out of the way so you have to interrupt someone making drinks to grab it for you.

Staff - slow Attn to detail - what's that??? Work Ethic - Are you kidding !! I ordered a Hybiscus Lemonade easy ice no berries. What I got was an overly sweet drink and the expectation from staff for me to be grateful they made my drink. It's clear that the good reviews are friends of management. Head office needs to swoop in and fix things.

One or two helpful, polite and accommodating baristas here...the rest are trained by their nutcase of a manager (who is also ridiculously rude, loud and obnoxious herself) to police people and have conspicuous arguments with customers about refills, cup size choice and closely monitor how much milk/cream you pour in your coffee!!! Appallingly bad training going on at this store. Quality of the coffee is unacceptably substandard; tastes like burnt swamp-water. Exemplary location for Starbucks corporate to train new employees and managers how NOT to run a store! SHAME!!!!

I went to the store a couple of minutes ago. I was attended by ASMA. From the time I entered the store until I paid for my coffee, she had her cell phone in her hand, and she paid more attention to the phone than to my order. I find it unprofessional, unkind, rude attitude. lousy experience.

Worst Starbucks location ever! Most of the staff, if not all, have a face like fizz at all times: No expression except that of wanting to either kill themselves or quit their job right at that moment. Major attitude, slower then molasses going uphill on a Winter's day, and often get your order wrong anyway. My mom said she went to it a few months ago and the manager was "training" a new employee (God help us) and had the biggest mouth on her. She was literally talking so loud over the shoulder of a different zombie of a staff member that my mom had trouble communicating one coffee order to the barista. My mom also complained to them at that time that their water tap at the barista bar had been constantly dripping for 2 months. Now, considering Starbucks is supposed to be all about a sustainable Earth, you'd think they'd notice that and get it fixed. Turns out as of yesterday, that damn tap is still dripping and wasting water. Who the hell are these lowlifes and why does such a large company hire incompetent people like this to be the face of this location? Take your business to one of the hundreds more locations in Vancouver and save yourself the possibility of one of these disgruntled workers spitting into your coffee.
