Even though we ordered 3 hours in advance to take out, our food was 30 minutes late. Making us very late to subsequent appointments. Avoid if you care at all about promptness, and accuracy, they just don't have that here. Had a milkshake here a couple years ago that was sour, and rotten, guess that has bled into their service. Wish I had a zero star option. Sturgeon Falls is in a downward spiral.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this place the food was not that good , serving size is small for the price and the service was slow and not as friendly as they should be. I have tried most sit down restaurants in Sturgeon falls and this one is on the bottom of my list and I won't return there ever again unless they take the time and step up their service and food .

Horrible service. Last time I ate at Gervais waited over half hour to get our meal and it was served to us cold. Owner also my landlord, I'm disappointed with the unit. The apartment in disrepair and he even refused to paint the unit before I moved in. Eric Gunette the owner. I've caught him trespassing in my unit on 4 different occasions and had to threaten to charge him, if I caught him again in my place.

Great breakfast. The coffee was actually good, strong and flavourful. The fried hashbrowns are crispy outside and melt in your mouth. Omelettes are delicious there. Would definitely eat there again. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Was on our way back and decided to stop in for a quick bite. Breakfast was ok could have been a bit more food on the plate. Place was Dark inside but waitress was very friendly and polite.

This is like the best trip back in time imaginable. There may be like four or five places like this left in Ontario. Good, solid food, unforgettable atmosphere - it's a must-stop if you're heading through Sturgeon Falls.

Just had a old school bacon and eggs, coffee was great, food was great as bacon and eggs go. Just good old fashion service with good old fashion breakfast. And great service. That's my new old school spot from breakfast. When passing threw, it's the main bus stop in town too. So super convenient .

Took my girlfriend out for a drink with some of the guys. One of the waitresses kept telling dirty jokes and talking really loud. Trashy and low-class.

Servers gave excellent service but not educated in gluten free menue for celiac cutomers. Ended up eating mashes potatoes and yellow beans with a glass of wine. Owner needs to educate staff what is gluten free on their menu,

1st time at Gervais Restaurant in Sturgeon Falls, all Covid Protocol's were being followed. Fast friendly service! Great Special breakfast which includes Coffee!! Would definitely go back!!

We arrived an hour before they closed after driving for 14 hrs. We got there and put in our order. Fresh salad, included with my husbands steak. I ordered the liver and onions they were delicious and cooked perfectly. My husbands aunt ordereda half order of the spaghetti. She is from the area and knew the portions were quite large. Courteous waitresses, attentive to our needs. Filling the water glasses etc.
