Staff was very helpful and while they did not have the item I needed (which is understandable in this case as it was a bit obscure,) they spent several minutes tracking down where I could find some, and even found a recipe for me to make my own. Plus, they had a box of toys for my daughter to play with while I was shopping. The only real downside is that they are a little tricky to find.

It’s on a one-way street that you can only access from King, but if you pass it then you can just park in the parking section of the market Square and walk couple houses down to it. It’s a cute little house with the whole front area filled with different candies and snacks from what I can guess is Europe? It’s all foreign looking stuff to me, but the only place to carry the Venco Salted Dutch Licorice I like. They also have decor stuff and trinkets.

I ordered a gift basket over the phone for delivery. What a pleasure to deal with these people! From taking the order to putting together the basket with all these awesome goodies and delivering it, they made sure I'm satisfied with the whole process. They even sent photos to show me the content of the basket, also the ready basket. What a nice touch with the Hungarian coloured ribbons to match the theme. Thank you so much!

II is a unique experience! You'll understand why it's called pantry. Jackie gave me the tour, she made great suggestions. I could tell I was in good hands, She knows how the foods are processed, she explained the différent taste from different countries. I'll go back for sure.

Today I received an amazing gift bag filled with foods from England, Hungary, Italy, Canada, Peru, California, Greece and Sweden. There were various cheeses, jam, sausages, crackers, chocolate, etc. This wonderful gift was sent from my cousin. Thank you European Pantry for the very unique selection of food. We can't wait to enjoy!

Jacqui, the owner, is professional and friendly...very nice store, adding a "ramp" would make for easier entrance, there are about 5steep steps, but over all the store is wonderful

What a find! At first glance you might think it's a house and not a store, but after knocking on the door and opening it, I was pleasantly surprised to find a tempting array of cheeses, smoked meats, chocolates and spices from Europe. The shop is arranged in a way to make you feel as if you were coming into Grandma's kitchen with a tempting selection of baked goods and it envelopes you with warmth and colour. Jacqui and her husband John are very knowledgeable about cheeses and are always at hand to give you a bit of help with regards to wine pairings and cooking delicious home cooked food. I like coming here for my chocolate addiction and to reminisce about European history. Well worth a visit if you are in Welland.

Unexpected visit while doing other errands. Found this little gem on google while looking for cheese shops. Owner very accommodating & gave us samples of cheese we were looking for. Got 2 types, some smokey bacon pepperoni, a tube of garlic & a tube of tomato paste which was less than half of what I paid last time at Zehrs. Once we get a chance to taste our new purchases I'm sure we will be planning our next trip. Funky little shop with more choices to even begin to list. Parking available in driveway.
