Consistently good service!! I bought a moka pot from them and love it so much that it travels with me. They helped me chose which size/style/brand to buy after I was disappointed with a cheapo one I'd bought at Capital Iron (and had a heck of a time returning!). While on vacation my little coffee pot got fried when someone unknowingly lit the burner under it and left it for who knows how long. I tried endlessly to find replacement parts (or ever just a replacement pot!) online while I was away and had zero luck :( When I returned home I brought my sad broken pot into them and within 3 minutes they'd replaced the toasted seal and filter and ordered a new handle, and brought my moka pot back to life! As promised, they called today, my handle is in, exactly when they said it would be. So pleased with all of the excellent service and the sincerity with which they treat their customers.

Can’t believe I hadn’t gone here sooner! I had the most lovely experience here today, from the most delicious vanilla latte to the grilled Marco pollo panini it was just absolutely incredible! They have a fabulous selection of goods that are rarely found in your normal grocery stores and they are top notch quality at VERY reasonable prices! I was thoroughly pleased that I was able to pick up a few of my most favourite goodies along with a lovely lunch to boot! I will definitely be going back! I love the food. However, the attitude of the ladies can be less than cordial. I cannot help if you cannot see me or hear me when I call out "I'm over here!" when you yell out my name. I was at the till paying, which I assume you want me to do. You are not my mother, you do not get to reprimand me because you weren't paying attention or listening. The food is always aces. So go for the quality food. And the man is always very pleasant to deal with.

By far the best Italian sandwiches and paninis in the city! My boyfriend and I come in at least twice a week to grab a sandwhich after the gym. The staff is truly phenomenal and really go out of their way for their customers - I leave with a smile everytime! They do a really great job at keeping all the customers socially distanced inside the store and keeping everything clean. The food is incredibly fresh and they have great coffees and hot drinks.

Take late lunches if you work around here to avoid the 1230-2pm rush. These lads and ladies work like demons in the midday to get everyone's orders in. Great little grocery here too.

Massimo and Maurizio Segato are the hardest working guys you'll meet. With several different food businesses downtown, they've pivoted and adapted after COVID and still pumping out top quality food for hungry lunch goers. Sandwiches and pasta are top notch. Can't help but think those standing in line at the Subway across the street are either tourists or missing the plot. Give em a shot and thank me later.

It's a family owned icon in the downtown core that must be visited to be fully appreciated. They have fantastic food made to order and hard to find grocery treats. If I'm in Victoria, I will go out of my way to visit Italian Imports.
