The owners are friendly and available to answer any questions and super hands on in the store. Who wouldn't want to shop at simply delicious , heart warming staff , great bulk selection and with the pandemic in action they are amazing with meeting your needs ! I love to full up my jars which unfortunately can't happen but they give me the option for paper bags and I can do online shopping and have it brought right to my car with a smile ! Simply delicious also has a fantastic vegan and local selection which is very important to me ! So I say stopping in town? Looking for a new place to shop? Go to simply delicious ! And if you love peanut butter, cashew butter or almond butter you can literally push a button & it is ground right before your eyes! My favorite items besides the nut butters are the keto snacks & the chicken pepperoni. And the discounts on the first Tuesday of the month!

I went to simply 2 weeks ago to cause I wanted to meet the new owner of simply delicious as well as grab some candies, vitamins and bulk. I’ve been a regular since Moving here spring 2017. I believe the owner's name was Arana or aryana well something along those lines. And what a shame it is to have to say she’s a C$&@ who desperately needs an attitude adjustment or at the very least a large glass of wine. The Cold condescending tone and the somewhat Evil glare in her eye makes me question how she’s capable of keeping a husband let alone a business. I was optimistic that the new owners would introduce new products and be jolly like the previous owners but some people are just bad at customer service and using tact but keeping with the theme of optimism I hope the next owners will be better because lord knows this woman is gonna lose her business. And maybe then the joyous laughs and smiles of the lovely employees will return but like those smiles I won’t be returning for a long time. Their only redeeming quality is their price of cheese, a tall Latin man who I’ve forgotten the name of but you can tell he has a kind soul that just radiates positivity, and the purchaser Aleia. She always takes my order of rice to my car for me. I’m sure the rest of the staff are wonderful as well I just never got acquainted with them and now most likely never will.

Atmosphere is always warm and inviting I’ve gotten to know Oryana (owner) and Darian, Hannah they almost make me feel like family sounds kind of strange but going to Simply is one of the highlights of my week . Good selection of gourmet packaged brands as well a a growing supply of locally produced products. Favourite: fresh ground peanut butter.

There have been many changes, but Troy and Dinora (the owners) remain strong and positive in their attitude and goals, even while under pressure and in facing unexpected challenges. Went there yesterday on a customer appreciation day when evth is 10% off. They have a wide range of vegan goodies (cheeses, perogies, ice-creams, snack bars). I bought vegan marshmallows and gummy bears. Also stocked up on some bulk nuts and nutritional yeast (I was told that on customer appreciation day bulk items are 20% off). A vitamin department member named Chris was very helpful, I got a vegan vanilla protein powder that will last me for 1-1.5 month for a very reasonable price. So will all those discounts applied (10 and 20% off) I think I have got a good deal.

My daughter works here, and has nothing but good things to say about it! The owners treat their staff very well, and are very good with paying them fairly! The store is also a great place to shop. I love health food and usually struggle to find foods that fit in my diet. Simply delicious has everything i need though, and i always am pleased with all the keto options they have. Their sale days also are great because you can save tons of money on their bulk products!

Simply delicious is a grocery that caters to any dietary restrictions, savvy palate or individuals on the hunt for organic local products. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer alternates to plastic as they will tare your jars for you so you no longer have to contribute to our landfills. They carry products like bees wax wrap, reuseable bags, and mental straws for individuals looking to reduce their waste. To add, they have mother love kombucha on tap, ddutchmen dairy products, and back to earth items for our convince. Simply is known for their carrots and bulk but I hope it is made know that the store has so much more to offer. :)

Very very rude and stingy! Last week, I bought some small packs of frozen sausages, and after I paid for them, I decided to go back and get two more, which I did. At the till again, the nice young lady checked them through and we noticed that identical packages showed up at different prices on her screen. She agreed we should just ring them through at the lower price (about a dollar different), but needed to check, as she was new. She asked one of the grocers, who didn't know what to do, so he went to the back to get a manager. The young lady and I waited several minutes and we chatted - she told me she'd done high school at Seaton and had been working at the store for 2 weeks. A very nice young person. Finally, a shorter brunette lady arrived, hummed and hawed, and didn't know what to do. She said she thought they were $9.99, which is more than double what was on the screen. I said it was customary to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt, so she said she'd have to check with her manager at the back of the store. So we were left to chat a few minutes more. By then, I'm ready to pay the higher of the screen prices - What's a dollar?. Then, from the back of the store bursts a short dark-haired lady manager, who, before getting halfway to the till, announces loudly: “Price is nine ninety nine!” (No hello, no greeting, nothing.) She's mad! Everyone in the store turns to look. I say, “But they scan at about $4.50” - “No! Price is nine ninety nine! I take it off the scale!! - - “I'm sorry, what does that mean?” -- “I take it off the scale! I take it off the scale! Price is nine ninety nine!” -- “But they aren't on the scale... I don't understand what that means” She is red in the face and sweating and clearly angry. I think maybe I detect a Spanish accent - am I not understanding because of a language problem? She waves the package at me: “Nine ninety nine! Price is nine ninety nine!! I take it off the scale!” I look at the student from Seaton – she has no idea what this person is on about, either. “I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean... usually, if there's a conflict in pricing, the customer gets the benefit of the doubt. The other sausages rang through at half that price.” -- "No! I take it off the scale!! I show you! I show you!!" Everyone is watching this display. She stomps off towards the vitamin department, for what, I don't know. This behaviour is way, way, way over the top. I look at the young lady. She says, “I'm really sorry about this...”. I say, “It's not your fault, but I'm out of here.” I just left the stuff sitting there and went to Nature's Fare. Nature's Fare understands what customer service is - they listen, they are pleasant, and they don't treat customer inquiries as if you are a trouble-maker. Only in desperation will I return to this "gourmet" store.

The staff at the store are genuinely friendly and most helpful. They are open from 8 to 8 every day except christmas. The store is very clean at all times. The first tuesday of each month is the big sale day. They also have some tables and chairs outside to sit at. They have a lot of different products in the store, many of them being keto or gluten free. Check them out, its worth a visit.

I love that they also have dairy, meat and produce because it saves me from having to go to any other store. Also.. they carry a large selection of LOCAL homemade Keto treats and breads! The store was nice enough but the "Vitamin and supplement lady" was atrocious! I simply asked for the location of a certain supplement only to be bombarded by information that was not only inaccurate but her pushy methods were aimed to sell the highest price item. She gives unsolicited medical advice - She is NOT a doctor nor a naturopath - yet still feels that she can unsoundly advise people about what they should be taking instead of the medicine that they are prescribed by a certified doctor. She does not know what she is talking about but acts like she has a degree which is totally ignorant. Her tone is passive aggressive and condescending. When I said that I trusted my doctor she called me a guinea pig! She was not helpful...she was terrible. People in search of medicine often feel vulnerable and unwell, and she obviously feels that her position at that store is a platform for her exaggerated sense of self-entitlement. My partner couldn't stand to listen to her and had to walk away before I finally gave us and did the same. I will NOT be returning to this store because of this experience.
