Things i would like to see - cedar oil -avena products -phytoplankton 2.0 -more braggs products - some high end quality suppliments Other than that this store is top notch! I actually would give this place a zero. I hate going into the store to get anything because all the workers keep staring. It just makes me feel so awkward. Instead of asking if I need help with anything they follow me around like they think I am going to shop lift. It is so annoying. It actually stops me from buying things from there because of this. As soon as I enter the store I just want to leave because of the way I am being treated. I just order my supplements online now. Don't have to deal with complete ignorance. The workers at this store need a course in customer service and manners!!

Generally reliable and friendly, however, I will never buy chicken there, again. All I can say is their coolers don't seem cold enough. The meat should be covered, as people walking by create drafts of warm air on it all day long. In 2 years, I have returned stinking "fresh" chicken at least 4 times!! All of it several days before it's "Best Before" date. Last year, they also sell VERY expensive "Organic" turkeys...I called the grower: they are absolutely NOT organic, and they don't actually grow any organic birds. If you ask a cashier, they think they are organic, because admin must have told them that...Either that, or they are not aware of what organic means. People are always throwing around the word "natural" as a substitute for organic. Might as well get free run turkey at Save On for 1/3 the price, or better yet, support a local family operation. I have brought both of these concerns up with staff several times and they keep right on doing it. Several farmers told us that virtually all chicken and bird feed in Canada is now GMO, and much of it comes from the good ol' USA. It has actually become very difficult to find organic or non-GMO feed, sadly.

Watch out! I have notice a lot of expired product on their shelves. I also have noticed that their hot food area keeps egg and meat on the shelf for over two weeks. I recently went in to get a cup of coffee. Their staff laughed at me for not wanting 3 hour old coffee. I was treated like I was lesser or not good enough to be I the store. Way to go Vernon another bad customer service experience.

Everytime I come to this store, there are two employees stocking in every aisle. They are always in the way, taking up crucial space, also they do not attempt to let peeps get around them or be helpful in anyway. Stocking is typically done at night at other stores. For a reason. I honestly hate coming to this store because there's always employees in my way no matter what I need. It's a sensory nightmare.

Great selection here. We liked the tags indicating if a product is local. Great covid protocols. The non-dairy selection of ice cream is ideal. You'll find products here you won't see at the major grocery stores in town. Great deli for vegetarians too.
