I had an amazing experience at Healthy Spot today! The staff here were super friendly and helpful. I told them I'm adopting a kitten and right away they showed me their cat section. They highlighted the different types of food they offered and made recommendations. I loved that they had a large variety of Canadian made products, and even locally made in Kelowna cat treats! All the food/treats they offer are high quality, and fairly priced. I asked for recommendations on cat treats, and I was given a few free samples to take home to try with my kitty. I really appreciated that. They had a small section of cat toys too. I was able to get a clicker trainer and they had made up a card with info on how to use it to train your cat. Overall I would recommend these guys if you're looking for fair prices on quality products, a locally owned pet shop, and passionate people who know their stuff!

We like to feed our dogs raw but don't have room to store frozen food for them. Instead we get freeze dried or dehydrated. I was surprised that Healthy Spot has a good selection considering that it is a relatively small store. I also found some healthy treats. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This proprietor deserves your business. They know their stuff and carry a quality line of food. When a quality dog food I purchased there did not work for our Standard Poodles (nothing wrong with the food) they simply took it back. When they could not match the ingredients of a food I know works they phoned a competitor for me to find a supply of the food I ran out of. This kind of service deserves your business. This will be our go to pet food store in Vernon.

We love this store! The are very friendly and knowledgeable. We switched cat foods to a brand they carry, it's more expensive than our old cat food but its much better and more nutritious and healthier for our little fuzz ball. So I think its worth it. Her coat is softer and shiny and the staff recommended and it was a great suggestion.

Mover back to town about a year ago the owner of the store price matched our dog food from our old town. Last time we went in there the price has increases 20 dollars per box.
