I had beef bones cut and came home start boiling, had this horrible rotten smell. I brought them back to the store and manager had a "I couldn't care less" attitude. Later he offered me frozen bones less value than what I originally paid for. I requested my money back at the end. Rotten products with rotten service.

I especially love buying meat from here. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Everything I've tried is delicious. I highly recommend coming here for pre-prepared dinner treats & their savory pies that can be found in the freezer section. I have to say, the seafood stuffed mushroom caps & crab cakes are my favorite.

They're always ready to drop what they're doing and serve the customers. A sausage roll from there for lunch keeps me going till suppertime. The meat pies are excellent and their schnitzels and their Crunchy Broccoli salad too.

Again after countless dollars spent. Disappointed once again rib eye steaks 1 inch on one end 3rd of an inch on the other.cooked up so full of gristle. Wake up u r supposed to be a butcher. Could have had much better at safeway.ok update Oct of 2021.grass fed means import from new zealand beef.should communicate this with public at time of purchase.cuz those r yuch steaks u want triple a beef rib eyes.u got to ask for them and pay large $

Though this place is a little pricey, whatever extra you pay is more than made up for by the product quality and awesome staff. The butcher is right there in sight, and more than willing to provided info - including optimum cooking instructions. Used to think that Butcher Boy was the best place in town to by meat, but I now think Grillers has them beat.

Been there done that got the t-shirt, literally. I do actually travel to this store just for the bacon alone, I do live in a different city altogether this is my store, you can find me there ha ha ha. The selection is outstanding, from cows to kangaroos ( no joke) you cannot go wrong stuffed meets potatoes, rows of sauces to many to count my favorite of course is the bacon ketchup. Cant forget meet pies and pierogies. And good luck finding lower pricing on meet I dare you. Stay safe travel friends
