The prices have Crept up. It's almost a expensive for daily staples as Safeway. Honestly it's cheaper at Walmart, Wholesale Club, and Superstore. They need to learn how to order as I often have to go to another store to full fill my shopping lists. They also don't have any self checkouts.

Great prices for my usual organic purchases. I like to buy organic yoghurt, foe example, and I won't pay a competitor's price. I have started shipping here because i always find it cheaper. I have picked up lovely flower bouquets here too because I want cheery flowers for my mom.

I'm glad there is a reasonably priced grocery store within walking distance of my home. The young people (and the not as young too!!)who work at this location are attentive to customers and the task at hand. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs at Vernon Freshco are really great and know me by name and will go out of their way to ensure my needs are met.

Last time I shop here. Had an entire bin of filthy water spilled on our feet outside by some derelict that was contracted out to clean up the parking lot and bike area. Looked directly at us as he did it and was rude when we asked what he was doing. When we came back outside he had a leaf blower and was blowing debris directly at people on the street from the parking lot. So glad I wore sandals instead of shoes...my feet were soaked. Disgusting, also, sick of the poor quality fruits and vegetables.

Great little grocery store with great staff. They have some really good deals throughout the store, their produce section is beautiful, shelves organized and the store is very clean. I'd recommend going here whether you're on a budget or just want some choices.

What's not to Like about FreshCo!!! In times when everything is going way up in price, this store is not! You can buy $100, $200 worth of food and your bags are full! You're not going, so this is what I got for $100.00??? The staff are really nice and really helpful , knowledgeable about their products and which isle they are in. Their beautiful flower prices are lower too! With lots of free parking in front, this is definitely your go to grocery shopping store????

I love that Freshco has more Filipino food products. I just don't like that the cash register area is too narrow and also taking the shopping cart out of the exit door is a bit of a struggle because either the cart is too big or the door is small.

One of my new favorite spots to grab the essentials. Great prices, always helpful cheery staff who seem to enjoy their job. And if they don't have what im looking for in stock one day, usually within the next day or two its right back. There sales and even regular prices are phenomenal compared to the same product at Superstore even. The only thing I dislike is the parking lot hahah but that doesn't stop me. Even just realized the same vitamins I get at the drugstore or health food store even same brands just cheaper ????‍♀️????‍♀️

Honestly this is a good store, nice variety of foods.... but I hate, hate, hate packing my own bags. I also just don't see how this is efficient at all as not only am I slow, everyone else I see is slow too and the next customer has to wait while I decide on whether the yogurt and humours go on the bottom of this bag, or the top of the last bag.

My first visit today, bought a pizza that had a sale price posted. When I went through the till, was charged full price. I immediately told the clerk and she called over her supervisor. Said supervisor asked me to come with her to check the price. No problem, however, the sale price sticker was still on the pizza shelf and she said "oh, the sale ended yesterday, so you have to pay the full price." I said "Really, your not going to give it to me for the posted sale price?" And she said that FreshCo policy says when the sale is over you have to pay the full price. I said that any other store would give it to me for the sale price and some would even give it to me for free since the shelf price was different from the till price. She said that is not FreshCo policy. I then asked for her to refund my money which she did. I have now told many people of my experience, so was it worth it to FreshCo to lose me as a customer plus many more of the people I tell? Good customer service goes a long way!!

Such a poor experience. You cannot exit the store unless you go through a checkout. In my case I was only there to pick up a prescription. People in line won’t let you pass by because they are afraid you are queue jumping. Poor design. I’m considering moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy .
