Le personnel qualifié et passionné par l'aquariophilie/aquascaping est un MEGA plus pour l'entreprise (ça s'applique aussi pour les reptiles/amphibiens). Je propose fortement de veiller à garder ces employés chez vous et ainsi conserver votre avantage face aux autres animaleries qui, faute de personnel qualifié, doivent se limiter aux bettas, platys et poissons rouges.... ou tout simplement fermer leur département.
