Chartrand's has the highest quality groceries in Temiskaming Shores! Not only that but the store is nice and spacious. You don't feel crammed like sardines between the aisles, it's really wonderful. I also love the local products they sell, supporting local businesses in the area!

They have some products that are hard to find. I find their produce way over priced and many times I have discovered expired goods on their shelves. Most President Choice products are good.

Curbside pickup was awful today! We only got a fraction of what was ordered, and the stuff we did get wasn't in great shape (with photos for proof). We ordered frozen mango and blueberries that didn't arrive, along with potatoes, spaghetti squash, among other items. Can't tell me these items weren't in stock.. The items we did receive weren't in great shape at all. The 3 pack of lettuce was completely wilted (all 3 heads), and some of the oranges had mould on them.

I really liked this store for the longest time, was my preferred place to go but now the prices keep rising and surviving on their food is becoming a struggle for me. They are also the only place I know that supply Lupini Beans, and I love them for a snack but recently I had to throw out 4 cans because they had a nasty after taste and the beans were softer than usual. Sadly won't be buying them again any time soon.

Very disappointed that for two weeks I have not been able to purchase Coco Cola Life (green). For those of us wanting to get off the chemicals contained in diet soda, having this Coke with less calories then classic, sweetened with natural ingredients, is very important.

Love going here, a little more pricey than Food Basics and Walmart, but they have a lot of different products that you can't get anywhere else in town. They have a larger health food section as well as prepared salads/meals. Also their meat is better quality???? Ihave always found the staff to be helpful and kind as well.

Hmm. Where to start? The store owner, Don, is a perv who spends his entire day talking to young girls and giving flowers to the pretty ones. That’s literally ALL he does. I feel sorry for any young, female employees who work under him as I can’t imagine what they go through with this man. The grocery manager? Ross Balord I think his name is….the BIGGEST a**hole, potentially on this planet. This mans soul purpose is to make everyone around him miserable. He’s rude, unhygienic and takes the time out of his day to put down others. As a customer, there has been multiple times I’ve seen him treating employees inappropriately and unprofessionally. What is going to be done about this?

Happy there's PC product in this town because they are amazing. My only issues: the lack of self serve kiosks , items not priced properly (Bison steak, cheese, hot sauces, beer, ice cream etc) and the lack of quality breads and sandwich buns.

Great assortment of foods to choose from. Carts for 2 kids to ride in (they won't take no for an answer lol) collect points to redeem for free groceries and lots of free parking. Prices like anywhere else are both high and low, but all and all pretty decent.

This is the second time I've been overcharged on certain grocery items. Today a PC brown Sugar ham is priced at 16.55. I have been charged 26.55. The other time was overcharged for a fruit cake ,8.00 more than marked price. I've included photos and expect re embursment.

Lots of variety but overpriced. I only shop here if I need an item or two and don't want to drive across town. Walmart and Food Basics are cheaper and I still like their quality.
