Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not return. No apology for not having my order ready. No offer to do it up on the spot. Owner (?) Told me he had some confusion over my order, but never asked me questions in our emails to clarify. Didn't call me. One message was sent via Facebook and responded to with agreement for pick up. Drove 90 minutes to get an order for a party from this store based on high recommendations. Complete opposite of everything I had been told. Waste of time and gas.

I ordered steak on Friday a.m. and picked it up Friday afternoon for 10 of us for supper last night. It was absolutely delicious and everyone raved about how big the steaks were for 7 oz. and how good and tender they were. A big thank you to The Summerside Butcher Shop for making our family supper one to remember.

I was very impressed. I'd been dying to go for more than 1 year and finally got the chance, right after their fancy renovations were done. There are incredible bargains on meat and vegetables. The store is super clean and the people that work there are very helpful. The only shortcoming is that the actual butcher counter is very small and it looks like they only have sausages. I'm sure they have anything you'd want, but almost nothing is on display. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

We've been buying our ultimate meat order for the past few years. Unreal is all I can say. Fresh prepared the day of pick up. Never disappointed with the quality of both the meats and customer service. By far best quality and bang for your buck.... Keep up the hard work guys... Phenomenal. ????
