My fiancé and I love this place, the best pizza and garlic fingers around. We hadn’t had it in some time so decided to get some garlic fingers and were astonished by the price increase! So needless to say it will be quite sometime before we get them again!

The pizza wasn't as tasty as usual and a little brunt on the bottom and our waitress was to say the least having a very bad day. If it weren't for the everyone was a bit hungry and wanted pizza I would have gotten up and left WITHOUT paying. Until things change in the kitchen and front of house we will not be going back to Michael's Pizzeria.

Fantastic atmosphere & centralized location (Harborside not Uptown) near the Rotary Library. Friendly staff & prompt to take order and served in a reasonable time (still hot). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Perfect Date-night spot & Family (Groups) seating but pricey so do keep that in mind. Otherwise enjoy the delicious food and ask for chicken sauce gravy with your poutine, it's the best!!!

Michael's where they get to know your name. Consistant products in quantity,flavour and hot. Ask for real bacon for the taste that keeps on giving especially on Garlic fingers. Pleasant staff. Be prepared for line up as their reputation is well established.

I agree with previous reviewers - we had great pizza here. It was a bit slow being served but worth the wait. I also agree that they should have some music in the dining area. It’s way too quiet, just odd. Also the service was slow and our waitress seemed very uninterested in helping us. For atmosphere 2 stars. Service 3 stars. Food is awesome. Very limited beer selection.

Worst service I've ever had. Waitress was rude and sarcastic and we were nothing but friendly to her, she seemed irritated that we were even there. Basically threw our bills at us and we had to sort them out ourselves. Food was pretty good though.

Michael, s pizza is the only place that has it all,thought ID drop in about twenty years ago for dinner after a hard morning of work and 20 years later never ordered any where else the owner takes great pride in his restaurant he makes sure as a customer you won't leave disappointed the staff he hired is great he doesn't hire anyone that doesn't meet the standards of his other staff and place take my word and anyone I know Michael, s is the best place to go

Service was pretty bad, she didn’t say a single word the entire time and it was beyond awkward. I had the hot chicken dinner which was served with BEEF gravy? which was also extremely congealed like it had been microwaved & left there for far to long..veggies were still frozen and my boyfriend couldn’t finish his fav dish (fish n chips) as his tarter sauce and coleslaw literally looked like snot.. quite obviously sitting in the fridge for some time! Seems like a great place to have snacks from past reviews I’ve read but my experience was honestly horrible in comparison to past visits around a year or two ago. I’ve never eaten anywheres that serves solely frozen food like this and NOTHING fresh...

My husband ordered the BBQ wings and got wings and kraft BBQ sauce in packets. He said they were disgusting. The waitress didn't once ask how our food was. Messed up another couples order that was with us. We waited for our checks only to find out that she put them on another table and didn't say anything! Not a friendly atmosphere.

We was left wanting. That is the Food was actually very good and the portions we're great. However the service which I find to be an important part of a dinning experience was completed neglected. We on other hands we're as I said first left wanting! I cannot say I can in good conscience recommend this establishment. I do feel bad about this as it was not what I had expected after reading other reviews. I may at some point give them the opportunity to change my mind. But it will be a little while. I do thank them for the food and at the portions as that was definitely satisfying.

Had an opportunity to stop for lunch here for the first time in many years. The boys and I ordered the deluxe pizza and garlic fingers. Pizza was well cooked and the garlic fingers were as well. Service was great as well. The boys were really impressed.

Best slices on PEI. Dining room is creepily silent though. You can hear people 3 tables away whisper and chew. Stick with takeout. Edited: Things have improved. The people at the takeout are quite friendly now. Still no music in the dining room, it's really weird. Bathroom is large, private and spotless. Up to 4 stars, but dining room, while clean and comfortable, is still at 3 stars.

Prices are a little high. Sometimes the pizza comes out looking a little off, but it seems to be done by hand and that would account for the odd shape. I think the staff is young and so not that experienced.

this is our favourite pizza place on the island, but the place has got to add more staff. The waitresses etc are worked to death, and makes a bad impression when you have a sign posted on the door that you are training new staff. That sign has been there for months. Please clean it up

Placed order for delivery. Chicken wings and fries. Driver left, sat down to eat and had chicken fingers and fries by mistake. Phoned back and was advised wings would be delivered. 45 minutes later received wings - not fully cooked with no replacment fries. So enjoyed cold fries and uncooked chicken wings!!! Not a great experience.

Great apologetic waitress... Nice place to sit to eat... Very cozy... Over an hour to get a simple cheese fingers... Took it to go, ran out of time... Used to be amazing food, supers cheesy, great flavour... Not anymore... Skimped on the cheese, pizza had a very bland flavour... Disappointing, used to be our families favourite place... Staff appeared inconvenienced by our attendance. Ordered, received incorrect order, twice. Asked to have it removed from our bill, and bill was incorrect twice. We were tempted to go to McDonald's drive through to finish our supper. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. We heard great things about this place, and will not return.

It was a busy day when I went, and there was only 1 waitress there. Kudos to her! She was waiting on all tables by herself as well as taking payments at the till (and maybe even cooking too? Our pizza was a bit overcooked). We ate it anyway and it was still pretty good. The prices were a bit higher than here in NS though.

I would give negative stars if I could. My friend and I called at around 10:10. We were told that our food would take around 25 minutes and then the woman (Nancy, the MANAGER) didn’t hang up the phone properly so we got to listen to her berate us in from of her coworkers calling me stupid and making fun of us. I called back to let her know that I could hear it and that I was very upset. She didn’t care continuously denied it even though there were two of us in the car and it was on speakerphone the entire time, laughed it off and asked us if we still wanted our food. We shouldn’t have said yes, but we did. Told us then that the food would take a half hour and that she hadn’t even wrung it in yet. Spoke with her inside too. She was very rude, rolled her eyes the entire time and laughed at me. Will never be going back. Nancy, learn how to hang up a phone.
