Nice tactic to make us spend $ 50 unnecessarily. Same thing for ferrets, bad recommendations on top of bad recommendations. Then the insects they sell are blah. Every time I bought crickets from them they all died super fast. When we told them about the problem, we were told that it must have been our fault and that we waited too long before putting them in our terrarium. Yes. Strangely, I went to Drummondville to buy some (they "waited" even longer to be in the terrarium given the distance) and they lived 3x longer than those in the Cartier store. Everytime. The straw that broke the camel's back and now I avoid your shop like the plague if possible was the horrible service I received from an employee. I went to ask him for rats, small for my snake. The lady sighs and goes to get the stock. She brings us pinkies ... I tell her no mice, rats. She leaves and comes back with fuzzies ... Serious at this point it confirmed to me how much their employees know nothing. I told him again, not mice. Some rats. About like that while mimicking with my hands. The visibly frustrated woman finally came back with something. Smaller rats that we had asked for, we ended up taking a worse one and we went directly to Drummondville afterwards. (Original) Je n'ai eu que des services ordinaires à cet endroit. Maintenant je fais le double du chemin et je vais à une animalerie à Drummondville ! Les employés sont beaucoup plus compétents... Voici mon expérience : Employés qui connaissent rien sur les animaux. Ils nous ont fait acheter de l'équipement pour notre reptile qui n'était pas du tout adapté. On a faillit brûler notre serpent avec leurs recommandations, une chance qu'on a validé sur internet par après et on a été acheter ce qui aurait dû nous être conseillé à la base. Belle tactique pour nous faire dépenser 50$ inutilement. Même chose pour les furets, mauvaises recommandations par dessus mauvaises recommandations. Ensuite, les insectes qu'ils vendent sont bof. Chaque fois que j'ai acheté des crickets chez eux, ils mouraient tous super rapidement. Lorsqu'on leur a parlé du problème, on s'est fait répondre que ça devait être notre faute et qu'on a attendu trop longtemps avant de les mettre dans notre terrarium. Ben oui. Étrangement, je suis allée en acheter à Drummondville (ils ont "attendu" encore plus longtemps pour être dans le terrarium vu la distance) et ils ont vécu 3x plus longtemps que ceux de la boutique Cartier. À CHAQUE fois. La goutte qui a fait déborder le vase et qui fait que maintenant j'évite votre boutique comme la peste si possible, c'est le service horrible que j'ai reçu par une employée. Je suis allée lui demander des rats, de petite taille pour mon serpent. La dame soupire et va chercher le stock. Elle nous ramène des pinkies... Je lui dis non pas des souris, des rats. Elle repart et revient avec des fuzzies... Sérieux à ce point-ci ça m'a confirmé à quel point leurs employés connaissent rien. Je lui ait dit encore, non pas des souris. Des rats. Environ comme ça en mimant avec mes mains. La femme visiblement frustrée est finalement revenue avec de quoi. Des rats plus petits qu'on avait demandé, on a finit par en prendre un pis on est parti direct à Drummondville après.
