Notre chiot très à l'aise et sans crainte, il avait déjà eu des tontes dans le passé dans un autre établissement et tout s'est toujours très bien déroulé. Lorsque nous avons récupéré notre chiot après la tonte, quelle tonte carrément manquée ! Il ressemblait à un caniche. Il n'a jamais eu de tonte de Schnauzer ! Les coussins de ses pattes n'avaient aucunement été faits. la barbe était complètement ratée et n'avait pas de jupe. Totalement déçus de notre expérience, plus jamais nous allons y retourné et encore moins en faire une référence à qui que ce soit. RECOMMANDATION : à toi Jessica, la toiletteuse qui a fait ce gâchis à notre chiot, soit que tu te recycles, soit que tu retournes sur les bancs d'école et que tu apprennes comment faire des tontes spécifiques ou soit que ton patron choisisse mieux ses employés car honnêtement tu as manqué complètement la ton de notre chiot et en bonus, tu l'as complètement traumatisé. Nous avons eu la confirmation d'un toiletteur spécialisé que tout ce qui est décrit ci-dessus est totalement vrai. JE NE RECOMMANDE AUCUNEMENT CET EMPLACEMENT POUR LA TONTE DE CHIEN !!!

Je me rends demain chez le vétérinaire pour faire voir cette plaie et comprendre pourquoi les comportements de mon chat ont pratiquement changé du tout au tout suit à sa tonte. Endroit à éviter!

I live in Ottawa but order from here, thats how good they are! They consistently have stock of my dogs food when other big box stores don't, and they deliver for free all this way! Plus their deliveries include little surprises like samples of treats, or extra rolls of poop bags. Big fan!!!
