The clerks were polite and available, the store tidy, on the other hand the habitats of the animals left REALLY to be desired (in particular the bearded dragon, the lighting, the substrate, the giant water bowl etc ...) and to have in the same cage a guinea pig and a rabbit, these more than usual and not appropriate at all. I don't normally leave a negative rating, but I think it should be mentioned. (Original) J’ai fais un détour pour aller visiter cette animalerie, je n’y était jamais allée et je n’ai pas aimée mon expérience. Les commis étaient polis et disponible, le magasin bien rangée, par contre les habitats des animaux laisse VRAIMENT à désirer (en particulier le dragon barbu, l’éclairage, le substrat, le géant bol d’eau etc...) et avoir dans la même cage un cochon d’inde et un lapin, ces plus qu’ordinaire et pas approprié du tout. Je ne laisse pas de note négative à personne normalement, mais je pense que ça devais être mentionner.

Elle dit que j'ai un problème d’ammoniac dans mon aquarium et me vend pour 38 $ de traitement. Le soir les poissons sont mort. Elle a refusé un remboursement même partiel. Hors, les symptômes ne correspondaient pas à un empoisonnement à l'ammoniac. Et une de ses vendeuses m'a informé qu'elle avait remarqué un problème avec un des poissons la veille de mon achat. 70 $ pour rien et un aquarium vide.

Il passe en magasin et fait affaire avec le propriétaire qui refuse de le rembourser ou d'échanger la nourriture puisqu'il manquait 1lb de nourriture. C'est décevant de voir que pour un si petit détail le commerçant ne soit pas capable d'accomoder sa clientèle. Cela envoi le message que la satisfaction du client n'est pas importante. Je crois que ce serait une bonne idée que vous rappelliez ce client afin de régler ça... À l'avenir je ne recommanderai plus cet endroit.
