The worst I have had in recent memory. I guess the owner is trying to make up for her losses but by changing everything she just lost a good customer. I used to love there fries. Tasted frozen and the oil was old.

Typical greasy fish n'chip place. Nothing special to make me crave their food again. Fish was fresh but I went on Good Friday when they were stocked up for a crowd. Portion was OK. Typical price. I've had better. Not very convenient to access unless you live in the community.

We thought we would try somewhere different and based on reviews it was worth a try. We ordered 3 meals comprising of 5 pieces of fish with 3 chips. The food was absolutely horrible and disgusting. The fish was extremely rubbery and stale, the batter was oil drenched and was completely detached from the fish with huge gaps. The chips tasted as though they were old and reheated. Everyone felt extremely uneasy after eating the food. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend nor have their food again.

There's so many Fish & Chips shops around, almost all of them are terrible or pretentious "modern" with no added value. Mal N Salt Fish & Chips is truly the best Fish & Chips I've had within the GTA. The portions are excellent, the Haddock and Chips were delicious. I'm craving them now. Yum!

My lovely neighborhood fish and chips joint. The fish is delicious and the chips are so much that I usually buy 1 set of chips with 2 fish. The batter is crispy and delicious without overpowering the fish. Although I love all kind of fish I've never been able to tell the difference between Halibut and Haddock, you might be able to however. The service is prompt and the staff is very pleasant, plus It's very important that we support our small neighborhood businesses during these unprecedented times.

The fish was super hard and the fries taste like it was previously frozen. The ketchup taste stale, but the worst part of the service is everything was served on paper plates with plastic fork. The best part of the meal was the salad. So upset about every thing. I will never go back there again.
