Good food, fast, and reasonably priced

Connected to the Swiss Chalet. Decent amount of parking. High traffic area. Burgers, in general at Harvey's, just aren't as good as they used to be. They currently have a two Jr. hamburgers for $3 special, these burgers are small and I was still hungry after so I probably should have gotten four burgers. As i went close to closing time, staff were ending their shift and looked to be in great spirits but were unaware of the couple of small flies flying around some of the condiments/toppings. I normally would get around 8 toppings but shortened it to 6 because I saw the flies land on a couple I normally have. Burger still tasted good.

the food here can't be beaten. I ate here just about every Saturday for 5 years, and I must say that the area is clean, the servers nice, and the experience great overall. Harvey's pickles are next level quality, goes great with all of their burgers.

Had the Meat Lovers poutine and oh my goodness, so good! Great portion size too. So if you love flame-grilled burgers and bacon, I'd highly recommend it. The restaurant was kept clean and the staff was friendly. I could have eaten my lunch there but decided to take it to go, and everyone mentioned how good it smelled when I was eating.

I’ve always loved Harvey’s since it’s one of the few places that has good veggie burgers, but this location was appalling. I think they share fries with Swiss Chalet because these did not taste crispy like regular Harvey’s ones. They were small and mushy, and very small. They burnt my burger so all I could taste was charcoal when I ate it. I thought the saving grace would be the apple pie but I bit into it and it was a smore’s pie! Asked to get a new one and the same thing happened again! Another smore pie! I got my money back for the pie but I wish I just hadn’t eaten there at all. Head office definitely needs to make a visit to this location.

Had a grilled chicken bowl..... Do not get it with fries as fries are cooked with things that have gluten. Either lettuce or rice base. The only protein which is gluten free is the grilled chicken. Their beef has wheat as a fillet and crispy chicken is breaded.

Harveys and Swiss Chalet dual location. Both are consistently good but today I was picking up some Swiss Chalet take out. This is the one that I would normally go to and it is consistently good quality and fresh. Staff is friendly and efficient would recommend eating at either the Harvey's or the Swiss Chalet here if you're in the mood for one of them.

Hi, i visited at Harveys and the franchise was really nice and clean and the service was really quick. I ordered for grilled chicken sandwich and the girl who was Garnisher at that time her name was LOVELEEN meanwhile she was preparing my meal she asked me with a decent smile that how am i doing and what veggies and toppings did i require. She was doing her job very nicely and perfectly. The site was busy at the moment but she didn't lost her calm and was preparing every order very nicely with good dealing and interaction with clients which is really hard to do but she was doing it like it was nothing for her. the burgers are always great tasting. The fries and onion rings are good as well. I found the apple pies only so-so because it had the taste of onion rings. I guess they cook the pies in the same oil. There is a good amount of seats inside. The staff could smile a bit more. Edit on Aug. 16. The drive thru missed an onion rings today in my order. Suggestion... it would be good to call out the order to make sure everything was entered correctly.

The burger is decent here but the poutine is awful! Soggy mushy fries, not crispy at all. Extremely salty in general especially the bacon, the gravy is bland, and they don't use proper cheese curds. Wendy's does a better job!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. It took them 30 min to get two burgers ready. And they got both orders extremely wrong. They missed a bunch of ingredients and not only that but our burgers were completely burnt. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Harvey’s. The five stars is simply because Harvey's gave away free burgers to folks who used their app to order in honour of the Raptors winning their first NBA title. I think that idea is great and think Harvey's deserves the praise. Split store with a Swiss Chalet. Love Harvey's as usual. At this location, there's a TV in the corner running CP24, a variety of tables at different elevations and you get to build your burger (add whatever toppings or condiments you want). Staff tend to be pretty nice too.

Went on New Year's Day when it wasn't too busy, never been to a Harvey's before - I enjoyed the customizable burger and the veggie poutine! Guy who took our order was pretty patient and let me read the salad ingredient list when I asked about potential allergens. Minus one star because the apple pie crust tastes like an onion ring - it gets better the more towards the middle you get, but really?

This place used to be my favourite spot to grab a bite whether with friends or alone. I prefer Harvey's over all other fast food restaurants other than Hero Burgers. I still crave Harvey's every week but sadly I'm not able to visit a location near me that often. Hope they open more locations in the Durham region as this is still one of my top 3 favourite places to eat of all time.

Excellent renovations to the Harvey's/Swiss Chalet! This is not the same Swiss chalet you remember as a kid ???? Harvey's/Swiss Chalet is just one of those Canadian institutions we have all gone to, but maybe haven't been back in a while. It's definitely worth the revisit - same signature chicken and ribs options, but with some new welcome additions as well.

Burgers are amazing. Fresh off the grill. They garnish it right in front of you (unless you choose to go through drive thru). The best burger joint in the city, only problem is the staff was a bit slow with taking orders and clearing up the line up. We had a long line up almost out the door during a lunch rush and I was there for over half an hour waiting to get in front of the line. But I guess with the quality you are getting, it's not exactly fast food anymore.

Lady in front of me was yelling at the girl I felt bad for her and I even said some people are a#$%^@ which is true. I waited forever to be served, because the girl forgot the customers items. I come to find out the Harvey employee wasn't very friendly. She gave me my stuff and i was waiting and didn't even notice it was done she didn't say thank you or bye or anything. I asked for a regular straw and she said you dont have them. I got the frozen red bull which is gross but anyways i was drinking paper the entire time it seemed pieces of the straw were falling off inside. The drink is expensive. Just threw it out. Wont be back.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the sub-3 star review for this restaurant, but now I clearly know the reason why. I think after 9pm they close all of the doors just leave drive through open. At9:20 pm today I went there to pick up a order,parked my car, found out both doors locked, walked to the window, cashier asked me come back by driving. Probably the best Harvey's in the province. With Covid going around, the drive thru is always busy so I prefer to go inside and I recommend you do as well if you're in a rush! The place is very clean and even with masks the cashier Yas is very good and super friendly. All staff are abiding by workplace rules and my food was great! Love coming here

Friday july 12 2019 I have doing this but when we were getting our order this miserable looking woman named LOVELEEN looks like she hated her job and we seemed like such a bother. We had asked for some an item on the side and she rolled her eyes. She probably wont remember because she often does it to other people. I have been there a few times since I live nearby and she always has this miserable look on her face. If she doesn't like taking care of customers she should learn grill and stay there. On the other note the cashier that day was very nice. But not LOVELEEN.

I've been coming to this location for a while now, mainly for the Harvey's as it's my favorite restaurant. The staff have always been friendly towards me and treat me like family, one of the most important things I look for in a food establishment. I always enjoy striking up a conversation with the cashier, Yasmin, as she always has a smile on her face and is willing to go the extra mile for me. It seems like she is always there on my lunch break! The management has always been respectful and always provides a great experience for me and I will absolutely continue coming back. It's always been a pleasure.

I was across the street at Enbridge and decided to try this location out for lunch and I was very, very pleased with the service I got today. Although I'm not a regular in the area, the cashier treated me like family and made me feel like I've been coming to this location for years. Always had a smile on her face and took my order and gave me recommendations on everything. Simply fantastic! Compliments to the chef as well, my food was delicious. I'll be coming to this location whenever I am in the are and I'll be telling my colleagues to visit as well!

We just got back home from Harvey’s and I just opened the food on my dinner table. Tell me how we spent $35+ on the order but both our double cheeseburgers had no cheese, and for both all the toppings were wrong. I’m obviously not going to go back right now and get it fixed but honestly if you can’t hear me or something in the drive thru at least ask me to repeat myself. You legitimately botched my order completely and were rude as well. No smile, thanks, gave me a ripped bag and shut the window right away before we could ask for a new one. Employee was a girl with glasses at the drive thru at 1620 on Dec 22, 2020.

Pay at the counter and eat at table, fast food style. This is one of the few Harvey's that has a Swiss Chalet under the same roof and owner, so you can order a Swiss Chalet meal and eat at the table. Saves on tips. Good quick service.

Over-all the food and their customer's service is good. I have difficulty parking though. I ordered the buy one, take one hamburger. So to date until February 2018, they have the best and very cheap promo. I got my coupons from Canada Post.

I ordered two burgers; one with bacon and cheese and the other with just bacon. When I got home to eat them, they mixed up the order. Also, they gave me half a pickle instead of the standard two and end piece of an old tomato. I really enjoy Harvey's and this is my first time in Toronto and was quite disappointed.

Even in these times, I still find time to go to this Harvey's and I'm never disappointed. I went yesterday on my lunch break to pick up some food. The dining area was empty, but everything was still sparkling clean, which really put my mind at ease. As I was in line to order, I noticed Yasmin taking extraordinary precautions to make sure everything was clean after each interactions with a customer. This made me feel very comfortable in the store and it assured me that the staff was taking everything very seriously. The food was also delicious, as always! Will be coming back as long as they're taking orders!

Came to this location today, thankfully it was open on Good Friday! And let me tell you, the service was excellent. I came in at around 1 to 1;30 and the restaurant was in pristine condition. I wasn't really too sure what to order, but the cashier, Yasmin, gave me a great recommendation and told me to go with the fish. All this with a smile and a very home-like vibe. The meal was great, way above my expectations. This is definitely my go-to location!
