Staff handles food without wearing facemasks, and several of the staff who do wear a mask do not cover both mouth and nose. Staff do not ask customers to wear face masks. This is a good place to catch Covid, stay away for your own sake.

RJ was very mean to me. He threw fried chicken at both me and my family. I was very offended. My daughter had previously twisted her ankle and was using crouches. RJ had stole them from her and attempted to hit her with them. We are never going back there. Although the chicken was good. And the racist jokes were kinda funny.

Love stopping by to get the chicken. I find it less salty than KFC. I also enjoy their salads and side dishes. The chicken has bigger pieces than what they give you at KFC. The staff go out the their way to make your order what you want. The staff should get 5 stars just because they are very pleasant to work with.

The pizza I got must have been sitting pounder the heat lamps for several hours; it tasted rubbery, oily, and was inedible. The butcher is beyond rude, laughing at me when I asked if hed be able to cut a specific peice of meat - I went to Paesanos which provided far better service and quality. Their products are few and significantly over priced. Go the extra distance to a grocery store.

BEST Pizza in The Soo! And you haven't lived until you've had the Broasted Chicken! OMG you'll never want KFC again! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great selection of groceries. Meat department is top notch as well - Try the stuffed pork chops - they are a food group unto themselves :-)

I worked in the deli for a while and experienced what was an obvious rat infestation. Feces covered the shelves below the sinks and behind boxes, and chewed through the peppers, seeds all eaten. My manager told me "Yeah it's fine, just rinse them off" and I never spoke up because I was desperate. I don't recall anyone making an effort to stop the infestation, and I saw no rat-traps while I was there. Also don't order mushrooms on your pizza, they're all old and all they do is literally top off the container they keep them in.

Very dirty, most stuff is outdated or expired. Staffing issues. I would not recommend. Most of the time the deli orders were always dry over cooked or burnt. Bad tasting food.

Prices are high. I bought one of meat box deals. When I got it home it was green. I got no refund. They also do not honor their flyer sales. I pulled up their flyer on my phone for a sale and they would not honor it. They were still going to charge full price

This little grocery store is a diamond in the ruff. They have great quality foods at an affordable and very decent price. They have well stocked shelves and the store is kept clean. The staff is one of the reasons why I continue to shop here. A few of their staff really stand out by going out of their way to provide excellent service and beyond. How many stores can you still go to where the staff hold the door for you and carry your groceries to your vehical and still smile? By going that extra mile and sincerely wanting to be of service to their customers made me a loyal customer. Another thing that makes this grocery store a wonderful shopping experience is the pizza department and deli, there you will find another outstanding staff member that not only makes the Soos best pizzas but also provides excellent service. The meat department has a great fresh selection of quality meats with amazing prices that even large chain stores cannot compete with. For these reasons I will continue to shop here again and again.

Extremely over priced. Often find expired food still on shelves months later. Personally only shop there for my hamburger as they have a butcher shop. Bad experience with purchasing lunch meat from the deli counter times three! Will not go for a fourth. Have heard many accusations of managment switching expiry dates on deli meats, past employees also claim this. All in all I only go for the hamburger, I know that's fresh, refuse to pay 10 bucks for a brick of cheese that is 5 bucks down the street.

I just swing by to pick up some dinner . And although the staff was friendly and the price decent - the food was not . The wings had barely any meat on them and were overcooked , and the fries were very undercooked . Will not return .

No flyer online or even a website? I don't understand how they cannot afford a online flyer or a website when this is the most over-priced store in Sault Ste Marie that I have ever witnessed for groceries. $14 For sausages!! Also the staff here are rude and extremely lazy.

Amazing little grocery store, deli, and pizza place. Get it all done in one place. Their deli broaster chicken is quite possibly the best fried chicken I've eaten. They have a great meat room aswell, who will help you with all your needs from salami season, to prime cuts of steaks, perfect for a hot summer day with the sweet smell of barbecue.
