We ran out of the Hartz Delectable Squeeze Up treats that my cat loves so much and PSP was the only place I looked in town that had them in stock. The online ordering for pick up was very convenient and I used it to make sure there would be some Delectable treats on hold when I arrived. They have an excellent selection of cat food & supplies at reasonable prices so I stocked up a bit while I was there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable so the transaction went without a hitch. I will definitely shop there first before going to other online sources. Same day pick up in about an hour as opposed to waiting 3 or 4 days? Yes, please!

They have a huge variety of pet food. Great customer service helpful staff. I especially like the variety of turtle food I cant find anywhere else in town. The only issues I've ever had was with feeder fish either out of stock or being treated, I would recomend maybe using two feeder fish tanks so if one group is being treated you still have the other group, aside from that this store is great good deals and great product.

Had a very bad experience today 7-31-2019!!!!! Went in to buy a guinea pig for my daughter, she had the guinea pig in her arms, and a lady came with no Pet Supplies shirt or badge on or anything to say she was a worker there,and told my daughter and I we could not purchase her! Took her away from my daughter and said we could not purchase said guinea pig! In a very rude manner! We had just bought another guinea pig out of the same exact litter on the 28th and had no trouble purchasing then because this person (Lee Ann) was not there. I was at the check out about to purchase over $100 in product, when Lee Ann took a personal phone call, and looked at me and said; "Don't give me attitude!!!" I proceeded to put everything back, that I had picked out for my guinea pigs needs! Asked Will, who by the way is wonderful, has a great attitude, and is very knowledgeable about all the animals there! Asked him what that rude woman's name is, and he told me! I would really appreciate to see this woman has some kind of repercussion for her rude actions!!!!!!

Betta Fish were in terrible conditions, saw more than one dead in their cup. One looked to be a couple days dead. The aquariums were not clean and a lot of dead fish in each. Would not buy fish from here as they would likely be sick or get your other fish sick. The poor betta fish probably wouldn't live long because they are pretty much dying in the cup being ignored by the store. Do not recommend.

The employees will rarely greet you when you walk in and when you’re in the store you’ll see them standing around the front looking bored. I used to get my crickets there and everytime I’d ask it seemed like the biggest chore in the world. When they actually have to work they will make sure you’re aware of whatever mood they’re in. There was one nice guy there a long time ago though, but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t work there anymore unfortunately. They must have caught him being nice and helpful and fired the poor guy. Good for him though, his happy attitude made him overqualified for the job anyway. If you don’t believe this review, go see for yourself. I have always wanted to write this ever since my first store visit a little over a year ago, but I don’t think it’s fair to write a bad review the very first time. After my bad experience once again today (probably my 5th total), I felt it was time to make it.

I went in for the very first time the other day, I was in shock. The store was nice and tidy and the staff was incredibly helpful! There’s one girl there, she was super nice and very knowledgeable! The guy who rung me up was also very nice and fun to talk to! The pets are very clean and the fish tanks are head and shoulders above other places I’ve been to. They also Price match, so some of the stuff I find at Walmart I can get here for the same price! I highly recommend this store for pet owners, especially if you’re looking to adopt!

This store is definitely the place to be for Fishies! My husband and I went in and there was a taller boy there. He helped us with our fishies and is an absolute sweetheart; bless his soul! The tanks are always very clean when we go in and he always says that the tanks are his pride and joy; I’ve never seen anyone so passionate about their work like he is! He also checked us out and was very nice to us! We will be coming back again! I wish I could give 6 stars for the service!

Another franchise store with zero customer service. Do NOT shop here if you value your pets life. They take recalled products and then throw them back on the shelf to sell. That’s right. Products that are returned due to a recall are not sent back to the company or disposed. They are RESOLD to customers!
