Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible people!! My family member bought 2 guinea pigs there, first one seizured and passed away second one seizured, lost a bunch of fur and is on the edge. Calling the store they made family member feel as it was their fault, they killed the little piggys. I called spoke with 2 managers. First one gave me wrong number to head office then the second gave so much attitude about it was crazy! Emailing the head office is currently no help. What I'd really think is an apology on how BOTH my family member and I were treated in store and over the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANYTHING FROM THERE. A small animal, food, or toys. Nothing. Don't waste your time supporting awful local business. Your haRd earned money is better spent at another local business.

Decent enough store, but the way their live birds are being treated is inexcusable. Each cage contains about 10 birds, and is barely fit for a hamster, much less birds that need SPACE and EXERCISE. One Zebra Finch in particular looked very sick and on the verge of death. There is absolutely no excuse for putting these intelligent creatures in such disgusting conditions and doing nothing about it. Please take better care of your damn animals or stop selling them.

They have fleas in their rodent food/dog treats. I called to let them know and they didn't seem to care. Wouldn't bring my pets in there.

I don't think I've ever gone into this place and had a negative experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and more than eager to hear you tell them everything about your pets. Very large selection for a wide variety of pets as well. If you're looking for something, odds are they have it (or know where to get it). No problems with parking either, usually very accessible.

I take my pet here to get a shave for summer, they do a fantastic job and I also take her to get her nails done and you can walk in for that, I suggest you call first ( just in case)so you know when the groomer will be off on her lunch. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is super friendly..while your pet is being groomed there are lots of pet items for sale so you can reward your pet for being so brave! I Great location too!

After visiting every other pet store in town looking for a part for my fish tank filter. They were the only ones who knew what I was looking for, offered to order the new part for me, and did not try to sell me a whole new system. Other stores had plenty of clerks, but they knew nothing about what they were supposed to be selling.

First time I ever went here was to pick up so decor for my fish tank. I keep coming back since the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they have array of different types of treats and toys for most pets! They sell different types of fish, along with birds and small rodents. Occasionally they have cats/kittens. Overall great service very pleased with my experiences with this place.

Also friendly and helpful. They have the their brand dog food that my pup just loves. I get everything from at home health aids, toys, treats and food. They also do grooming and nail clipping (Just give them a call!) Very happy I found them.

This pet store has really good prices, but it is important to know what your animal needs because they carry some items advertised for certain animals that aren't actually suitable. This is an issue with almost every pet store and even more of the manufacturers, so don't let it weigh against the store itself.

I so love this place... only thing is I went there and bought the wrong thing. I went from there to my car so 3 min and found out my dog was allergic I thought would be able to bring it back as they have just seen me and they wouldn't take it back witch is unfortunate.. but other then that this place is so helpful and amazing.. I give it 5 stars..

Absolutely horrified by the living conditions of several live species they were selling while I was looking around the other day. Gerbils and hamsters with wheels that are known to break their bones. Use of pine bedding despite so much research available that proves the harm it has on the sensitive lungs of rodents. Betta fish in those tiny inhumane plastic cups. I could go on and on. I can't believe the lack of proper knowledge in animal care from those who run this place. In this field of service you're supposed to advocate for proper animal welfare. Disappointed to know this in my city. Will not be supporting this business again and will ensure others I know don't as well until improvement is made.

Went in for an xlarge litter box, paid for the largest one. When the cashier asked if i wanted a receipt i accepted and said theres a chance ill need to bring it back if its the wrong size. I was told its final sale due to sanitary reasons.... i explained i would be returning the brand new unused litter box, after seeing if it fits the space first... i was met with a "sorry, its store policy" the policy exists to prevent the return of USED litter boxes... so, they REFUNDED ME WHAT I PAID INSTEAD OF LETTING ME BRING IT HOME AND REFUNDING ME LATER how does that make any sense?! any reasonable employee would understand WHY that policy is in place and make an acception... i wont be returning

Would not refund a training leash without package it came in although I had the receipt for it. Packaging was only a clear plastic bag with a cardboard paper label attached to the top.

Not only do they have a reward program, but my dog was allergic to food that I gave him and even though the bag was opened they gave me a refund. My dog has severe allergies and they helped me find food just for him. And you can bring in your pet and no big deal if they pee on the floor. Very helpful! Great deals!
