Editing my review because I've grown to love this little treasure. Their hot lunches are reasonably priced and rarely repeat. Nowhere else in town have I seen a more knowledgeable and friendly set of staff. Their selection of cheese and cured meats is amazing. If you want to get into Italian home cooking, this is where to go. I'm only sorry for not writing this review sooner.

Managed to get into this store twice while camping in the SOO. I'm sorry that my freezer is so small as I would have liked to take home more meat. Prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the mild Italian sausage so I bought some more. The Kalmata olives were nice and fresh. There is a large selection of cheese and cured meat. Unfortunately I didn't have time to check everything out. Excellent selection of pesto, vinegar and oil. The scent of cooking tomato sauce had my mouth watering and a strong desire to order lunch to go. Looking forward to visiting again next Fall.

I visited Paesanos on Christmas eve looking for a specific cur of meat. I had first went to RJs where the butcher laughed at me and said I should have ordered it in advance... dont go there. The butcher here was very friendly and happy to cut whatever meat I had wanted. Service was fast, friendly, and the quality of the meat was top notch.

Was stationed in the Sault for a work term when the direct strip mill was being constructed and this was THE place to go to for takeout meals. Mind you, this was many years ago, but from the positive reviews this place still kicks butt. If you are in the Sault go here you will not be disappointed.

This is the best butcher shop in town! They have everything you could possibly want and the service is fabulous as the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly! Their meat is always fresh and delicious, and the variety of items in the freezer and on the fresh counter is just excellent! 5 yums out of 5! ;P

I miss this place so much! I pick up lunch here every time I come back to visit. The hot lunch is always delicious and they have a lot of specialty frozen foods that will give you lots of great ideas for dinner. You can take ready to eat meals to go or eat in on the patio.

Amazing, authentic Italian cuisine and the service is impeccable (kind, personable and helpful people) and their prices are incredibly reasonable. My office pod often goes to pick up their lunch specials and I'll pick up dinner materials. They have a really great butcher (I quite enjoy their steak) and all kinds of homemade pasta and the like for you to take home and cook. Also their jerky is amazing. Just a great place overall and they're super accommodating.

Great little store with lots of tasty traditional Italian foods. They have a deli, good selection of frozen foods, lots of imported Italian foods and coffee, and in my opinion the best selection of pannetone during the holidays. They also have a small takeout counter.

The best steaks, marinated chicken and sausages can be found at Paesano's!!! While you are there, get some in house made porketta slices for sandwiches, it's amazing too!!!

Friendly staff. Great selection of sea food and steaks. Specialty items carried here as well. Food to go looks yummy always. Besides the usual pasta and meatballs they have chicken and potatoes, sausage, and porchetta. Something for everyone's taste. Same employees have been there for several years which is always a good sign.

By far one of the best stores to go into. Always clean and always have familiar family faces serving u. Meaning these guys work hard amd there ALL THE TIME. Meaning they love and take pride in what they do there. And it shows. Food is always top notch amd freezers are always full of the best foods. This year we had our moose butchered here amd they blew me away with the sausage they made. Wish I had made more. Never had a bad experience from Paesano foods not once.
