A 4.5 really. I have never had problems with the staff at No Frills - from the longtime people to the young (usually) men. The cashiers are great as well. Comparatively speaking, I wouldn't complain about regular prices, but that may depend on what you buy! Never mind, I will be back because I forgot eggs and a couple of other things :-)

I like shopping at this store. Usually good prices and availability of items. Its a bit out of my way most of the time and I shop there when the flyer specials are good. Thing that bugs me the most is that I'll go to pick up specific flyer sale items (loss leaders) and they are out of stock many times; I've gotten into the habit when that occurs I stop my shopping, check out, and move on to another store.

This is a good place to shop. The prices are alright but some things are more expensive than they should be, they rarely have everything on my shopping list in stock Which means more than one trip. The store is always kept clean. One thing I will note is that this stores customer service is excellent! The staff is always friendly and if you ask anyone where something is in the store. They will help you with a smile on their face. The store is laid out in a convenient way which makes shopping through the isles easy to navigate. This store has an amazing points rewards program that is well work the drive especially when items are in sale. Would defiantly recommend

Fruit and veggie selection was ok, good prices, typical sort of fare for a no frills. As expected the carts require coin deposit, but they have hand baskets you can use for smaller trips.

Great selection at competitive pricing. The staff are friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Wait times for check out are a bit long but that could be fixed with more registers opened during rush hours of the day or holidays. Other than that it's overall an amazing store to shop at.

Half of the time that I drive the 30 miles from my home to go there for specials in the flyer, they are sold out and do not offer rain checks. If they put something popular on sale they should have more than a small amount of it which is often the case. Also, they do not have a direct number available to call the store before I waste my time driving all that way for nothing like I have done a few times recently. They should have a number to call where you don't have to wait on hold, have your call recorded, and be transferred here and there through a corporate office to find out what you want to know. I have burned a lot of fuel over the past few years going all the way there and not leaving with what I went for. In addition, the prices have have taken quite a noticeable jump there lately, some as much as 25% or more, which makes one lean towards shopping at Food Basics more often. There is obviously a lot of room for improvement.

They always have great sales. Some products are super cheap here and others are the most expensive in town (like greek yogurt for example). Be aware of prices in the area or look at the grocery ads. The parking lot is usually very busy and not the easiest to navigate in heavy traffic. If youre traveling and have a trailer or boat... Stick to the back of the parking lot or better yet park in Shopper's lot next door. Bring a quarter for your cart. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The store is always clean amd they hardly ever run out of big sale items.

Im a regular customer and this time i was not happy. They misrepresented a sale they had cereal on buy 2 for 6 so i grabbed 2 for the savings and when i went to cash i was ripped off when i questioned them i was told they both had to be same brand that i cant mix and match. But sign didnt indicate this. Not happy at all

It's a grocery store. It's a very average grocery store. Not great. Not bad. It's nothing special. Only real complaint is that the employees smell really bad when you walk past them while they are working. They must have long shifts or aren't aware that showering exists. I worked here at one point and the company shorted me about $300 in pay. Don't work here unless you like being treated poorly.

Great prices, many items even for vegan or gluten free, and normally very clean and stocked. One issue I have seen is you have to check expiration dates to ensure you have more than a day to use a fresher produce. They tend to catch and discount these items but they sometimes miss one or two of them. If you notice this on one of your products bring it and the receipt back.

Competitive prices, good selection. Usually quick through the cash (except for the odd time). Only complaint is the 25¢ carts - if you forget your quarter (and nobody around is feeling helpful) you'll only be able to buy a handful (literally) of items.

Could not believe they actually put on there sign "cannot enter store without a mask". What about people not required to wear a mask? This is illegal within the bylaw and legally they cannot ask for proof of medical condition. They are actually supposed to see and serve everyone without discrimination. Policing, power and control. No frills is accurate.

Great place to shop. In general, there are quite a few weekly grocery sales. At times, there can be long lines of customers attempting to get through the check-outs quickly. Be prepared to pay for grocery bags, if you didn't bring your own. Produce Dept. is filled on a regular basis, as are the other grocery items. They have on occasion, been sold out of meat sale items, this can be frustrating for customers who have travelled from out of town, expecting to complete their weekly grocery shopping.
