The only locally owned pet store left in Sault Ste Marie, and by far the best one in town! Staff is knowledgeable. The owner is always supportive and there to help. You can tell the staff take pride in their work. I shop nowhere else!

Staff helpful. Using this product for skin issues for several weeks. Healing gradually but lesions apparent. Skin takes time to diagnose and heal, but this product contains lots of nurturing ingredients. Vet suggested food allergies may be a factor. Keeping my fingers crossed.

We bought two snakes there. Both where sick. One had mites. Which I delt with before having worked at a pet store before. I got ride of the mites. He would not eat. I went in multiple times. They said he ate once so he will eat eventually. The second one through up her food every other time she ate. She passed away. They dont give store credit or reimburse. I would never shop there again. The staff was friendly. The big fish tank really needed cleaning. I would recommend a reptile breeder instead or kijiji.
