Ordered the 2 piece fish ???? & chips, and 1 Joey's combo with white & wild rice pilaf, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Placed the order on their website and picked up on the Worobetz location. It said to pick up 15 minutes. When we got there on that exact time that was given, I still had to wait 12-15 more minutes. Finally they had our dinner ready. So, the service wasn't so great. The food made up for the wait though. Crispy fish, fresh homemade fries, steamed broccoli ???? ???? ???? and mixed rice was delicious! Popcorn ???? was ????. I tried the coleslaw and it was alright. Overall, I would totally order from there again!

Ordered fish and chips, chips are really few. We tried to ask for a little bit more but there’s a charge. So instead of getting another fries I ordered sweet potato and I’ll just pay extra. I received crispy burnt sweet potato ????

So bad. I have no idea how anyone thinks any thing else. .. must be old reviews. All our food was burnt. The sauce that came with each item look like it had been pre Frozen because it was all gelatin looking and curdled. Felt sick after eating there. 2 friendso got food poisoning. Will never walk through the door again. So mad about it..

I ordered a 3 piece fish and chips and they put it on a platter with approximately 25-30 French fries . Small long skinny pieces of fish that may have made one-piece of fish if put together….and 1/16 of a small lemon slice . A Small coleslaw. I did complain to the waitress and told her I won’t be back. It’s not her fault of course. Her service was excellent. So I still tipped her for great service. Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Gibsons fish n chips is hands down superior to this small meal. I won’t be back.

It close to home. Fast and friendly service, they ask if you want chairs or booth (some places don't, even though you can see that they could). The restaurant space is on the smaller side but plenty of western sunlight (which I like). I have going here for fish since the 90s and I am not disappointed. I like the food (come on its fish but we all need our Omega 3s).

our very first time at this location. our 5 year old wanted the place with the yellow fish on everything. we were seated immediately by a male server. aaanndd then promptly ignored for the next 15 minutes while he served and re-served and cleaned tables beside us, a female server, served and re-served and cleaned tables beside us. another female server didnt even come up to our side of the room (we were on a raised dining area on the north side of the room), but she also served and re-served her tables..then when she started seating more customers and more.. and no one even asked if we wanted water... we walked out. guess i really dont have to say that we are Indigenous people.. it was yelled loudly enough by the service we received. why do i have to give a damn star to post this??!!

Disgusting food, disgusting soup. Weird people working and they're rude and lazy. The place is filthy. If you want to eat fish don't go here. Didn't refill drinks and they just sat around and talked instead of asking us if we needed anything. Also the girl asked if my 2 month old needed a highchair. Seriously?? Had the all you could eat fish and chips on Tuesday. Had our meals out in less than 5 mins. Server was on top of refills for drinks and fish. Food was hot and fresh will definitely be going back. Pretty sure it's under new ownership.

Substantial increases on menu prices. I had the $20 salmon plate with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad for an extra $!. The salmon was tasty but I found numerous large bones on one end of the fillet. I pointed this to the waitress to relay to management. My sister-in-law and I will not return there anymore!

Was completely disappointed with the service tonight there was only one other table and the server was horrible. Husband asked for gravy on top and her response was "On the side" never got a refill on our drinks, never asked if we wanted anything else, nor were we ask how our food was. The part that upset me the most was being able to hear her talk about me to the cook when I asked for a dip. I normally like this place but since the new management came in its been going downhill. Even the food doesn't taste right. Very unhappy.

I ordered pick up to take home after work and I was very impressed. First with the friendly service I received over the phone then again when I stopped to pick it up.
