Produce is not fresh (poor first impression to have a plum bin at the front door full of bruised and rotting fruit). Prices are high. You must buy reusable bags here if you don't have them already. I tried to do a price match, which they advertise all throughout the store, and they would not do it because it was a match to a sister chain (Safeway/Sobeys). I tell you, if it weren't for the pandemic, Empire stores would be in serious financial trouble.

That's my grocery store since they have opened. The prices are good and I can find my lactose cheese (Black diamond). The store is well maintained. The staff is nice too.

Freshco is always clean, when I go it's never crowded. The staff is fantastic, very willing to help you out when you have difficulty finding something.

Great products at a low price. Selection is decent and expanded. Love the prices of sales here and avoiding the crowds at large grocery stores. Less selection for baked and deli style products and fresh fruits and vegetables. Bagless isn’t bad once you buy 10 and also appreciate not having piles of grocery bags accumulating.

I was there tonight they had a one-day special couldn't find any I asked gentleman stock in the shelves where are they and he said oh we can't get them in any more get the advertised on Facebook one day special today. Just about impossible to find somebody to help you in that store

Produce seems to be a hard thing to find fresh in Saskatoon and FreshCo is no exception! Buy, at no cheap price and it's bad the next day...a waste of money, too many times from this location! Spinach is wet and smelly...reduce it and clear it out, so fresh product can take its place. Pretty simple! They do have great meat sales, If you're lucky to be there at the right time. Some other items are cheaper at the 33rd store, which is confusing. Lots of stock, better prices than Safeway EVER offered! Lines are far shorter here than Superstore, for quick in and out, too. Just because you see a FreshCo sale online doesn't mean FreshCo actually honors it, check your receipt and bring it to staffs attention!! I always have an image of the item, with dates of sale to show staff.

My husband bought me just because flowers and they wilted overnight. I called and FreshCo said to come get a new bouquet. I thought while I was there I'd pick up things for dinner. In the end FreshCo put 2.48 back into my account. They returned the flowers and refunded the money. So all in all the return policy at this store is amazing!! Thank you for doing a great costumer service.

worst self checkout, customer need to wait for transaction because nobody there for help. They Don’t keep plastic bag and doing great business by Selling their recycle bag for $0.25c. Nobody bring that bag again and again because not everyone come from home, most of people directly come from work.
