Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, the supermarket is always stocked with fresh, delicious food. And everywhere in the market, everything is immaculately clean. I've been shopping there since 2001, and no complaints. I forgot my phone in the store, and another shopper was honest and kind enough to figure out how to call my wife and arrange for me to get my phone back. The kindness of strangers, thank you

I had a very bad experience with some of the staff, very aggressive and rude. They do not have a clue how to respect the customers. When I escalated to the manager on duty I just ran into all kinds of time wasting useless argument. Too bad, I used to spend $800-900 /month at IGA i will never shop there again.

Food poisoning in the ready-to-eat food dated August 21, 2021. Responsible manager notified of the contamination on August 28. Raw vegetables were contaminated also according to comments from other customers during the same period.

This is amazing places. My daughter had a tournament so I need to go to buying the food for team . I'm looking for fruits plate but they are not ready. So i have to ask the staff and he brought one lady who can get the order so i choose which one and the lady can make it fruits plate with in 30 minutes . And same time we are looking for fresh food for 6~8 person noodle and stir fried rice. The sushi chef make it right away big bowl of noodles and rice $20 dollars each. And super delicious too. Our team and family members finished all. Thank you for all of help. Strongly recommend this places because of well trained employee ! If we are going to laval again I will love to go this place again! Thank you!

Excellent store. Beautiful and very clean interior, and inviting displays. Very fresh foods and large variety. Meat and fish sections are particularly good and well priced. Vegetables very fresh, but more expensive than local competition. Super attentive service, very well trained staff. Large parking and long business hours. Convenient location with multiple access points. Obviously very competent management. Always a very pleasant shopping experience. Overall, a 5 ????, but priced slightly higher than close competition.
