Same as when it was the TSC Store. Things in multiple places and hard to find. Lots of packaging damage for the toy area and lacking farm toy selections. Pricey for clothing. They do carry brands that are hard to find so that is a plus.

Ohhh where do I start! The store is a mess! Ran by teenagers. No customer service at all! No prices on anything. And when you do get a price its way overpriced. The kids are too busy chatting with each other or on their phones. I love this store. But rather go into london to get what i need. When the flyer comes i call the day before to hear its out of stock. Whats the point.!!!! Sad. Wont shop here anymore.

Well I love Peavey / TSC . First time I this store and my last ..No senior staff around talked to this lazy kid about horse feed I need some .He watched me load on the cart lol walked away , then I get to counter she has no idea what's she is doing then asks someone they have no idea. Then I asked for a product and told me never heard of it lol ..Farm Store !!! Then going on about disclaimers on my bags of food after she made rip the tags off because she was too lazy to walk around .No one offer help to my car. I didn't need it but what about the person who does ? It was storming I assume they didn't want to get wet !! I'm all for young people working , but when you have attitude and ate lazy ahh NO ..This store is lacking management...I usually go to PEAVEY on Hyw 2 and they are FANTASTIC!!! cannot support local if they cannot meet your needs.

I'm beyond frustrated with this store...sale items are rarely in stock, prices are rarely marked. If there are prices on the shelf don't assume it's for the items right above because it's likely the items are in the wrong spot! Or how about the big signs advertising garden clearance, but everything except for one plant was full price! It would be one thing if it was an occasional thing....but I've tried so many times over the last several years...I'm just done. Their prices aren't even that good anymore. The nail in the coffin was I went looking for animal feed and they were infested with flour beetles flying around and all over the packages. I'll shop elsewhere.

I love Peavey but this store is a disaster. Unorganized and a substantial amount of merchandise had no price. How do you expect shoppers to make purchases when there is no price tag? I felt bad for the staff scrambling to help customers and figure it all out. I won't go back to this location.

Simcoe store employees insist on ripping lot tags off of feed bags before selling to you because it's easier for them to enter the numbers into their system when checking you out. This is a big No-No, feed is not to be sold if the tag is off the bag and when I get home if I have multiple bags and there is a recall I have no way of knowing which bag is affected. I have mentioned this to employees many times as well as offered to read off numbers for them, most of them just act annoyed.

What is the point of posting your hours online if you close whenever? Not impressed, drove almost 20 minutes into town only to be told when I got there the store had closed over an hour early. Told the employee I really needed a couple of things to fix an emergency at home... oh well too bad for me. Usually like this place, but I won't be back.

My favorite TSC store I have been to. Better selection of actual tractor supplies than Kitchener or Cambridge stores and staff seem more helpful and knowledgeable. Even the rural living sections of the store seemed nicer and it was hard not to spend too much ????. I'll definitely have to come back to this location.

Well located easy to access store in the east end of St Thomas close to highway three bypass. Friendly staff and clean store. Large bird seed section. lots of parking on site and not hard for large vehicles to enter exit as it has two separate street entrances.

Have a sale on 56L Cedar Mulch $2.99/ea. and Top Soil $1.50/ea. - Great Deal !! And there were 2 young lads there that loaded my car in no time at all (purchased 20 of ea.) and they were both extremely helpful and pleasant !! And if you have a cat or multiple like myself, their brand of 22.7kg box of scoopable litter for $9.49/ea. which also is a good deal and personally, the TSC brand being my first choice !! One of the girls inside the store, also very helpful and pleasant, loaded 2 boxes on a cart for me and put it in my vehicle !! Being a person with disabilities, I am extremely grateful when assistance is given without hesitation and, in a pleasant manner. Thanks again !! ????????????????????????

Welding gas is a massive rip-off, a Q size argon refill they charge $118 and Praxair charges $21 on a business account so screw TSC/Peavy if you can get welding gas from work do it! 5x mark-up on a simple industrial consumable? Yeah not spending any money at these stores any more, BOYCOTT.

All the bins are empty, all I wanted was a 1" hose clamp, the smallest they had was 6". Also wanted a male three prong 110V plug. Again all bins were empty, only found one that wouldn't have been the style I would have picked if there was a selection to choose from. The girl working the floor told me they are having trouble getting trucks to come! Forced me to go to home hardware. They won't be around much longer at this rate, I'll likely go to HH first next time.

"Peavey Mart" is a fine place to shop. Good place to buy your work boots if you shop online you can find boots for a $100 off. Have gotten some really good deals and high quality boots for cheap that way. Same goes for their work wear if you find them on sale there can be great deals to be had. Go in and look around, never know what you may find

With regard to trying to reach them through phone - terrible. No one ever answers. Had an issue last summer with a cashier who didn't want to price match and therefore lost a large chainlink material order. Just had to redial and on the 4th time, they answered after 3rd ring.

Friendly staff but a bit disorganized. Stock on shelves not matching tags. Had to ask for help to find my item but they did go in the back and located it. Store could use a good cleaning, nearly everything is covered in dust. Just down graded this rating for the following reason. I purchased a battery for my lawnmower. The old TSC didn't have a battery return policy (core charge) for any battery they sold. Peavey Mart apparently does but it is not advertised or listed anywhere. I didn't know this until at the register paying for the battery. I thought nothing of it as they said just to return my old battery to get a refund on the charge. So fast forward to today as I just tried to bring my old battery back for a refund. Well it turns out that they only accept battery's with a name brand they sell. They said that the charge for the core is for me to return the battery that they sold me after it is dead. I have never heard such garbage in my life. If I had bought this battery anywhere else (canadian tire, part source, etc.) they would have taken my old battery no matter the name brand as long as it was the same size. Buyer beware on this one!

I do love the fact that this is the closest place to get an arrangement of items to my house. That said, they host an older employee roster(apart from a few teenagers) and TIME is something they have. Friendly folks, but don't come here if your in a rush.

I am literally never going back to TSC again. Overall a good place to get what you need to get a small job done around the farm. But you do have to know you prices or you can easily be over paying for something there. Most the time they have a good deal though if it's on sale. The customer service is always friendly there and they make sure you are helped but yet not bothered at the same time.

Checked inventory of store before I left to get top soil and showed 94 left. Get to the store, had to wait in the social distancing line for 20 minutes, as I am I check inventory again and it's the same, get to checkout after grabbing a few things inside. Order my soil, am told they're sold out, lady beside cashier says no we're not, my cashier goes out to garden centre comes back says yep they're sold out. 94 bags of soil has to be at least a skid im guessing. She never once checked the sku in her system and never asked anyone to check the back where I'm sure extra skids are stored. I feel there are a couple things that could have been done to improve my experience. First ensure that digital inventory matches actual inventory so customers don't make unnecessary trips. Secondly, acknowledge and apologize for the error. Thirdly make an effort to find product before claiming you don't have something, especially when a colleague is contradicting you.

Purchased a product that was out of stock and received a rain check , perfect excellent help. Product did not come in within 2 weeks, no problem. Was pushed into doing an online order from in-store staff as it would guarantee that I received one. Came in to pick up my online order. Now having just received the email I had no paper work, other then my phone. Bryan the store manager was annoyed that he had to stop is Plano gram in order to help me, he also stood idle whilst his cashiers had full lines. I had prepaid my rain check the exact moment it was issued and had that receipt, Bryan wanted an additional receipt that I did not have and refused to process any kind of refund. Or any action at all. He offered no suggestions. I suggested looking up my transaction info that I had he refused and said come back later when other staff are in. I then had to suggest bank record or further action. I was very calm and collected going in on this holiday day, and leave frustrated. I should have just bought it at home depot. The pre order system is lackluster and disappointing urging staff to push online orders. However not nearly as disappointing as Bryan's attitude and lack of joy and general rudeness.

Not a happy camper.. Went and pick up a outdoor sectional on July 9. We got it home and out of the box and found out it was damaged.. called the store asked if they could do anything for us they said no and that we had to return it get our refund and order on line making another purchase. Ordered it online July 10th and i have been emailing TSC e-commerce since July 19. It has "missed" the truck for delivery twice now since they only deliver to Woodstock once a week.

Completed an online order. Showed up for curbside pickup as email suggested. Called the telephone number on the sign which wasn’t functioning. Stood in line for 20 minutes to enter the store. The staff was uncooperative and Diane scowled and shook her head at me as she completed the transaction. I was expected to carry the bulky, heavy box out to my car myself. I was disappointed in the customer service I received. To abide by Covid protocol and safety measures, I tried to avoid interaction with the public by ordering online and requesting curbside service. I will probably not shop here again.

Really good sales but go early in the sale in the hopes to get what you're looking for as stock is almost always limited. In which case you just need to wait patiently with your rain check.

TSC stores aren't what they used to be. TSC used to be your go to place for nuts & bolts and general hardware not stocked in traditional hardware stores. Now they border on a general department store selling clothing pet food etc and everything but what you used to be able to find there. And really even if you just need nuts & bolts anymore their selection is so limited and usually not kept stocked up that you have to go to a specialty shop to get that stuff anymore. But if your looking for a good deal on stuff like solar lights then TSC is the place to go. LOL. They sure have lost their way from their roots as as a farm supply company know as Tractor Supply Company.

Don't trust their stock. I just drove 25 minutes to pick up two items (both which show as in-stock). When i got to the store, neither was available. I asked one of the staff to help me find them. He knew off the top of his head that they were not in stock (I obviously wasn't the first person to come in looking for this), and said they were probably stolen, but they haven't bother updating their inventory. I Bought this a Big Red Torin Farm Jack to lift out fence posts when they get in the way of my stump grinder. Most of the time it sits in the drawer of my truck and pulled out maybe 2 times per month. The whole lifting foot snapped off l last week, I just brought it back to TSC in Woodstock, “no receipt no help!” Needless to say if you are actually going to use this jack for something that might be able to crush you are something that requires safety it is not likely the jack you are looking for. I’m still waiting to hear back from torin however at the same time I have done a little bit of research on line, and it looks like this is all to common. Just be careful!!!!! Seems strange that TSC had no way to try and get warranty, I would imagine them to be a worth-while customer for Torin.

Absolutely the worst TSC I’ve ever been too. The new manager aron, you would expect to be better than the old, but instead he is absolutely AWFUL at his job. Firstly, he takes forever to get to you when you have an issue, secondly he never has any interest in helping his staff when they need. There was a huge line up and one girl on cash, who seemed newer, and he never bothered to help, finished what he was doing then left. Also, the other store manager i assume, can NEVER be bothered to help his staff or customers, and when asked for help he makes sure you know you’ve bothered him. He spends more time staring at his phone than helping customers clearly in need of assistance. Until they find new management, I will not be returning! And I used to spend a LARGE amount at the store for my business.

Found a 20 foot piece of clear tubing I required un-tagged and not with the rest of the tubing . There was a price of $11.49 for a 20 ' piece on the shelf ( which there were none in stock ) ..or in bulk @3.49 a meter. When I inquired at the customer service desk about the tubing I was told it was off the bulk roll and I would need to pay 23 dollars and change..this appalling price difference forced me to go to a different store ..I have tried to support the smaller chain stores as much as possible against the big box competition..but I think this was the last time ..quite frankly TSC stores can go the way of the dodo bird if their objective is to gouge their customers of which I am no longer in those ranks. I gave 1 star only because there is not a no star rating
