I used to go this store almost every day when I lived in the neighborhood as a kid in the mid 80s to mid 90s. These days I don't stop by as often now because I live on the other side of town, but I do like to visit when i can. Awesome store, great staff, great selections. It is a little cramped, but there's nothing that can be done about that.

This is a 100% AMAZING STORE!!! They sell many interesting things bur also my personal favorite... NEVADA TICKETS!!! (Went to BINGO one night and wont the JACKPOT IN 46 #'S. THE NEXT DAY, WENT TO THIS STORE, SPENT $20.00, WON $1000.00!!!). The staff are always awesome!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Edited from a 4 star review. The last time we went the Dixie burgs were very bland, not full of flavour the way they usually are and the man that works there that is older, was supposed to rent me an apartment to live in above the store but wouldn't give me my keys even after being paid first and last months rent plus a key deposit and signing a years lease agreement. I will never go back.

Absolutely awesome is the best description for Dixie Dairy. The employees are always very polite and kind. They sell everything a normal convenience does and more!! Specialty popcorn and delicious ice cream that's to die for.. even fish and hunting licenses! Plus other items good for gifts or every day use.. best part? HUGE supply of the best 5cent candies!!!

Laurie is a great owner. She really knows her hunting and fishing. It's the best place to get any tackle or licences. The baby soft serve cones at ¢40 are just right for my littles, too!

Dixie is a convenience super with everything (but not much space to put it)! Unfortunately, they aren't very wheelchair accessable: there is a step to get in, and it's very cramped and narrow inside too. It's a nice little shop with good process, and they are very well stocked and knowledgeable about fishing license and related things. They have a nice little I've cream offering too, and baby cones perfect for little kids.

I loved this lil store . I stopped in just to look...well I had to buy some lures there were so many. Lots of selection . Top water trolling drifting rigging drivers and lots of rubber worms . This store has been here for years it was my first visit and I was impressed going back soon

In the interest of disclosure: I used to work there 10 years ago This is an amazing "variety store" from the outside, BUT "Abandon all Hope all Ye who enter here" (in a positive way!) You like fishing??? Heck this is like a Candy store for fishermen/women/kids..... If the Dixie Dairy doesn't have it, you really don't need it. If you still think you need it you can tell the amazingly friendly staff and they will order it for you. And while you are there, go grab an ice cream or even better - A Dixie Berg. Don't know what that is? OMG, you haven't lived until you had a Dixie Berg. Slushie with ice cream. Heavenly! Oh, yes, the Dixie has "regular" variety store stuff as well, and "penny" candy.

July the 8th I went in and purchased a $25 gift card for my son's 40th birthday. Today July 19th he went in to get some fishin stuff with his present which he misplaced the new owner was very unprofessional and wouldnt honor it I had to go in and wait 20 minutes while he tried to match my face to a video.
