I typically love Sobey's stores because of their student discounts, great prices and great prepared food. I love the buffalo wraps and the pizza slices. Unfortunately this location does not have a great lunch or supper selection like the other locations and is fairly old and has not been updated in a while. It is still decent, but not the best location in Saint John.

Googley says I should rate Sobeys even though it knows I stayed in the car in the parking lot. It was flat. Clear of obstructions. Cars were reasonably parked. Would surely use this parking lot again. Was some what dark or would give it a 5.

This Sobeys has loyal staff and everything you would want at a Sobeys. I feel like their loyalty program and coupons make me feel like I'm being charged a premium for groceries. This location of Sobeys has more International Foods than other locations in Saint John. A small variety of Middle Eastern food and Indian Foods. It also has more variety of Halal Meats and Halal processed foods. The store closes at 11 pm.

This store is clean with friendly staff and has a good selection! I much prefer it to the other Sobeys in Saint John, even though I live across town. The store-baked sourdough bread is great! And items offered at two for a certain price are not more expensive if you need only one.

They didn't have much for fresh greens(no kale or fresh spinach last week) although this is possibly due to circumstances beyond their control. Mike, one of the managers, is friendly and helpful as are many of the employees. I can't ever seriously complain.

Sharp price increase in deli salads, smaller sized packages of dressing to go with deli salads and there is now a charge of .50 each! Its like McDonald's charging for the ketchup you put on your fries! Ridiculous!! I will be getting my salads at Superstore from now on even though it is a bit further out of the way!!! I'm originally from saint john but i've been living in calgary ab now. I had ordered flowers for my moms birthday from flowers canada. They called me yesterday and said they could not deliver my flowers and refunded me. That left me stuck. The wonderful staff at sobeys helped me get some beautiful floeers together and delivered them to my mom within the hour. Thats to all the wonderful people the helped me make my moms lday special. The store seems dreary. Maybe a lighting upgrade, perhaps the flooring but it's just not as bright and clean feeling as I like grocery stores to be. Produce seems to be not very fresh. Usually I have great cashiers but there are a few that seem to have forgotten what good customer service is.
