I had the $8 fries and double bacon cheeseburger combo and it was good. Nothing fancy, but I wasn't expecting it to be for $8, so I would recommend this over a fast food joint any day.

Everytime we eat here young ppl running it and they have no manners and very very dirty bathroom and fish wasn't cooked at all when i asked to recook the fish I got very dirty looks from the cook and a few other young guys on Monday the 2nd of July after 2 before 5 and when recooked the fish was still raw and wet with doe inside nasty . West side could learn alot from the deluxe on Rothesay Ave St.John

Put in a order. Went to get it from grandbay to west side. Got their they never made the order. Asked for started sauce with the fish and chips got home opened all the bags their was none. The clubhouse was put on the bottom of 3 meals and was completely demolished . Called and they say to bad .. I will share the word

It is a greasy fast food place like most others. The fries are better than most other places, in that you watch the potato being cut and deep fried, fresh. So that's a bonus. Otherwise, the fish is not spectacular, and the burgers are to be avoided.

Terrible. My husband had the bacon double cheese burger, and the burgers were paper think and didn't even cover the bun. Needless to say we probably won't be returning

What can I say the rush events caused the food is really good here I ordered a pecan and it was the best weekend ever ate my wife that was kind box so I'll tell you one thing it was well worth it. A really friendly the prices are really good they got a really awesome and you never a long way to never mix up your order everything is good about this restaurant a highly recommended thanks for everything guys really appreciate it hope to see you again real soon.

This place really disappointed me. I would have given it 1 star to be honest but because I love this chain, I was generous. I should have taken a picture of the size of the fish we were given on a two piece fish and chips. They were a quarter of the size of the ones I get at deluxe on Rothesay Avenue. Not only the size was small but the fish was over cooked. I wish they were more like Rothesay Avenue Deluxe because I live West and it would save me a trip.

I was very disappointed. I've been to this restaurant a number of times and have had good experiences but tonight I went to get some clams and fries and only got 3 clams and a lot of fries. I don't expect a lot but I pay good money for my food and just expected a little more than just 3.

Had the two piece fish and chips. Fish was crisp and fresh. Fries were good, done in a chip truck style -- perfect with malt vinegar! Counter person did not include tartar sauce even though I asked twice. Other than that, my one complaint was that the food had not been drained properly out of the deep fryer leasing more oil than was necessary.

Service is awful you walk in and the cashier looks at you like you did something wrong. Not welcoming at all. Maybe try saying hi or hello next time when serving someone. Fish was over cooked a bit but that’s how I like it anyway. Food was good but the girl at the counter doesn’t know customer service at all....

I have loved Deluxe since I was a child. Highly recommend the fish and chips but, really, everything is good. The cole slaw, burgers, club sandwiches - all good, but the best of all is fresh cut fries from peeled potatoes. Definitely go!

Worst location. Served a plate full of nubs with 2 small overcooked fish pcs. Complained and was completely ignored. Go to Bob's diner around the corner. Better quality, nicer portions and people that care what they are serving! they should be embarrassed!

I ordered a hot chicken. The fries were ok but the chicken between the two pieces of bread was the thickness of a dime and only one layer thick. Cost too much for what you get. You lost this customer. There are too many good places with good food to put up with this

Husband stopped for lunch today @ 12:45 pm (4/09/2020) with only 1 other person to order and 1 waiting. Staff stated "too busy to serve you". Both my husband and the other man waiting to order left. I know we are becoming a "non touch" society but really?? It looks like only phone orders wanted. Absolutely shocked! Not a fan for any location right now. Disappointed, yes.
