La politique c'est aucun échange et encore moins un remboursement et ce même si le produit est défectueux. J'ai acheté 2 kits pré-assemblés de moulinet fermé Zebco 33 et une canne. Les 2 kits se vendaient pour 49.99$, je les ai acheté à un an d'intervalle mais le premier kit a servi pour la première fois la semaine dernière... Les 2 kits ont brisés après seulement 5 à 10 minutes d'utilisation. On s'entend c'est assez simple, on appuie sur le bouton, on fais le mouvement pour lancer l'appat puis on relache le bouton. Ensuite il suffit de ramener la ligne en tournant la manivelle. Dans les 2 cas, le fil à l'intérieur est venu s'insérer à un endroit ou il n'aurais pas du aller et cela entraine le disfonctionnement total du moulinet, le bouton reste enfoncé car le fil est coincé dans la partie supérieure du moulinet, à un endroit ou il n'aurais jamais du aller. Donc je suis revenu avec l'un des deux kits puisque l'autres kits avait été acheté il y a un an et n'avais jamais encore servi. Le 2e kit lui a été acheté la semaine dernière et ils refusent de me remplacer ou me rembourser le 2e kit. Le propriétaire m'a demandé si ce ne pouvais pas être "l'opérateur" le problème, donc moi ... Je pêche depuis que j'ai 5 ans et j'en ai 45 aujourd'hui, j'ai toujours utilisé des moulinets fermés exactement comme ceux qui se sont cassé tout seul. Cela ne m'était JAMAIS arrivé avant et c'est arrivé avec les 2 kits identiques que j'ai acheté. Le propriétaire affirme que c'est moi le problème. Je n'ai pas bien utiliser son foutu moulinet COSSIN même si en principe il suffit d'appuyer sur un bouton et de tourner la manivelle pour ramener l'appat .... Monsieur le propriétaire, dites-moi ce que je n'ai pas bien effectué !!!???? J'aurais accepté un échange ou un crédit contre un meilleur produit. J'étais prêt à racheter un autres moulinet de meilleur qualité s'il m'aurais remboursé son produit défectueux mais il préfère garder son petit 49.99$ ... Vous auriez fait beaucoup plus de profit avec moi en me remboursant ou en m'échangeant de produit. À la place vous avez perdu et insulté un client fidèle. Au fait, tous le monde, regardez sur amazon avant et vous allez trouver tout ce qu'ils vendent dans ce foutu magasin mal géré et le tout pour moins cher. Avec Amazon un produit n'a même pas besoin d'être défectueux pour être remboursé, avec ce commerçant vous n'obtiendrez pas justice même si c'est le produit le problème. Le propriétaire préfère insulter ses clients, tournez-vous vers Amazon, je vous le conseil fortement!
