There's no reason you should give a client such a dirty look for asking a valid question concerning a product/service in their store. Very sorry to see that this store sells pets. No responsible breeder would sell a puppy to a pet store. Although these pets look cute the often come from terrible conditions. I’ll shop elsewhere and not support puppy mills.

Staff is excellent but items are placed in various places of the store. It makes it harder to find things. Example, kitty litter should be with kitty litter shovels. Instead shovels are on the opposite side of the store. The staff though makes up for it if it's not too busy .
