La pâte des cannellonis était mal cuite, la garniture insipide et tiède. La quantité de sauce versée sur l'assiette fait preuve de mauvais goût dans le dressage et prouve le rapport problématique que le chef entretient avec les proportions. Ce n'est pas de la cuisine italienne, ce n'est pas de la cuisine française mais c'est clairement un échec (cher payé).

Je travaille dans des établissements de restaurantion haut de gamme depuis plus de 14 ans. Jamais j'ai eu une expérience aussi exécrable. Nous avons quitter vers 21h30 après plus de 1h15 à ce faire ignorer.

Je ne tiens pas rigueur au resto du fait que la panure des calmars soit molle puisque la vapeur les a rendu comme ça. Ils ne peuvent évidemment rien y faire. Reste que la texture du calmar est beaucoup trop raide. Pas très bon. Manque de sauce marinara également. Les gnocchis quant a eux sont submergés sous un lac de sauce recouvert d'une croûte peu ragoutante de bocconcini qui ont tout fondu. Les pâtes du spaghetti sont beaucoup trop cuites ce qui rends le plat borderline dégueu. La sauce manque horriblement de goût (et de poivre considérant que c'est un carbonara) Vraiment très déçus.

Reading the reviews below for fancy take out I have to say to this complaining its normal to get overcooked food depending when you went to pick it and how long it stayed in the box steaming. For me, I ordered the 2 half's rotisserie chicken combo with a poutine, the food was on point with so much flavour! Beats the benny and co, st hubert, ect in my opinion. Cant wait for the pandemic to be over to go to the restaurant to eat and drink! Keep it up guys and girls
