My friend not being 100% sure to buy the guitar asks if it is possible to have it put away. The salesperson tells her that there is no problem, that she will be behind the cash register at the shelter until 3:00 pm the next day. The next day ... a real joke. The guitar was "unfortunately" sold ... Oops ... Wow okay, bad good service. We take the trouble to put the instrument aside, we take the trouble to confirm that we will come by the next day before 3pm and when we arrive at 1pm we learn that the guitar has been sold to someone else. They did try to redeem themselves, it's true, by trying to sell us a lower quality guitar at a higher price, nice try but no. Very disappointed because I had a high regard for this store when now it will take quite a feat for me to return for anything. (Original) Il me peine de devoir donner une note aussi basse mais j’ai réellement été très déçu par le service reçu dans ce magasin... Je m’y suis rendu avec mon ami dans l’espoir de lui avoir trouvé LA guitare parfaite pour lui. Un prix ridiculement bas pour une guitare de professionnel. Le rêve quoi! On arrive en soirée, on nous accueille comme il se doit comme à toute les fois où j’y suis allé. On nous installe dans un coin, on nous branche la guitare et on nous laisse l’essayer comme il faut une bonne heure. Mon ami n’étant pas sûr à 100% d’acheter la guitare demande s’il est possible de la faire mettre de côté. Le vendeur lui répond qu’il n’y a aucun problème, qu’elle sera derrière la caisse à l’abris jusqu’à 15h le lendemain. Le lendemain... une vrai blague. La guitare a « malheureusement » été vendue... Oups... Wow okay, méchant bon service. On prend la peine de faire mettre l’instrument de côté, nous prenons la peine de confirmer que nous passerons le lendemain avant 15h et en arrivant à 13h on apprend que la guitare a été vendue à quelqu’un d’autre. Ils ont bien essayé de se racheter c’est vrai, en essayant de nous vendre une guitare de moins haute qualité et à un prix supérieur, bel essai mais non. Très décu car j’avais beaucoup d’estime pour ce magasin alors que maintenant ils leur faudra tout un exploit pour que j’y retourne pour quoi que ce soit.
