Can never find bigger bags of Timothy hay on the shelf either, store always says "oh we are just sold out" then said they would call when they come in but never has. Better off making the trip to Ren's Pet Depot in London.

Seeing as this is the first negative review I really hope you follow up on the constancy of your staff. I was just told I had to PAY to make a return. That particular employee not only gave me the WRONG information, but she also made me feel like an idiot. I had to re-enter the store to speak with another employee who corrected the mistake, to which I received NO apologies. I am so disappointed.

Went into the store for some products and 4 - 5 employees were standing around the register talking. After looking around for a bit,I asked if someone could help and a young lady who I assume is not very experienced came to help me. Long story short, she had no idea what I was talking about so I asked maybe she could look into it..no one offered to call another store or offer a similar brand (I believe one of these were either manager or senior staff) Terrible service. Not what I am used to from the Kitchener franchise at all I could not find a place to reply to the owner post. This happened at about 2:30 on the 26th of July. I just moved to a small town near Woodstock In future I will go to my old Kitchener location which was awesome or try Stratford.

Plus I love that after so many bags of food, you get 1 free. I was just in today and the staff working took the time to show me the different options and explain each one for my cat, I really appreciated it!

Insanely helpful team when it came to picking the best food for my picky little Boston Terrier. I was taking him off of a raw diet and they were patient enough to assist with choosing, and then returning, multiple types of kibble. They didn't for one second lead me to believe that I was bothering or annoying them... Which I knew I was.

Before lockdown they were pretty good, but they did not handle the pandemic well. Closing the Woodstock store completely. I did not appreciate the note they had posted on the table outside, saying that us customers should be 'ashamed' of the way we have been treating the staff during the pandemic. I appreciate that it is a difficult situation, but I feel it gave them the opportunity to be rude to ALL customers. I enjoyed taking my dog there and was nothing but respectful to them. They were not respectful in kind during the lockdown. The call in system left little to be desired, and while I was waiting for my product a lady came out and sharply said 'what you want? You need to call if you want anything. Very disappointed with the service. I work in retail, and treat customers as I expect to be treated. I have to shop here because of the brand of food. But I would go elsewhere if it was available.

It has a very nice layout so it easy to find what your looking for. There’s more than pet food here, there lots of different animal accessories as well. It’s a nice store to have on the north end of Woodstock as most retail is in the south. They also have a loyalty program where you can get a bag of food for free! Very nice store. :)
