I've bought 3 three fish from the store and they're in smaller tanks than they should be in the shop so that's already terrible. The stock/equipment is okay since it's factory made so it's trusted. The fish have died in 24 hours. I have a tank set up with fish from another shop that never have died before. Somethings wrong with GIGI pet store never go if you have the chance.

Je lui réponds que nous regardons tout simplement et il me coupe avant d'ajouter "Nous n'allons pas vous ENDURER longtemps par exemple car nous n'acceptons pas le flânage dans le magasin" je lui réponds que nous regardons tout simplement les animaux avant de faire nos achats (le principe d'une animalerie you know) et il me dit "oui, mais à cause de la covid vous devez vous dépêcher car aucun flânage dans le magasin" ..... Je suis immédiatement sortie du magasin sans acheter quoi que ce soit tellement j'étais fâchée de me faire aborder de la sorte. Je comprends bien que le magasin soit vide si il va voir chaque client qui ose entrer dans le magasin. J'avais beaucoup d'achats à faire pour mon chat et ce ne sera certainement pas à cette animalerie. À éviter si vous appréciez le service à la clientèle agréable !

Out of all the pet stores I've been in my life, I have to say that this one by far is the cleanest, well kept pet store I've seen to date. All of their animals appear in good health, well cared for, clean, fresh food and water, the air is crisp and no smells. Well done. If only more pet stores were like this, take example folks, they're doing it right. Friendly and helpful staff as well just adds to the overall pleasant experience.

It was not seawater salt but salt to help heal fish. I KNEW IT BY CALLING AND PRACTICING FOR SOMEONE ELSE Result = the parameters of my aquarium are screwed up and my green spotted puffers are in terrible shape. They surely will not survive. He wasn't blunt about all that for a $ 5 sale when I was already buying $ 110. DO NOT GO TO THIS ANIMALERY! EVERYTHING IS MORE EXPENSIVE! AND ESPECIALLY DON'T ASK FOR ADVICE (Original) Je suis aller a cette animalerie car je viens de déménager a ste eustache.
