All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We recently got a pair of bearded dragons and knew the bare minimum about keeping them. Feed them this, don't feed them that. The staff is always very helpful answering all of our questions amd never making any question seem stupid. They really love exotics!! We have had some really interesting conversations about all kinds of creatures.

I've been shopping here for well over a year and I absolutely love it. I love coming in and talking about so much reptile talk and I always end up staying there longer than I expected. I've had some difficulties lately due to a surgery and the experience while shopping here with this struggle blew my mind. This is the most amazing reptile store I know I will ever visit and it's exactly what you'd hope for when shopping for your hobby. I love the prices, the staff, and everything else. I get excited every time I have to go there to restock on crickets, supers, and hornworms and whatever else I may need! Love it. 10/10

Beautiful store, awesome displays, great variety of animals and a great variety of feeders, always pick up frozen qual and chicks when I'm there. There was one time I bought some crickets, got home and realized most were dead from when they counted them out by flattening the plastic bag over them. Keep an eye out, accidents happen Other than that small hiccup, its a great store. Very friendly staff, with a great atmosphere !

When I first bought my Ball Python I was terrified. I asked the owner to come over after his shift to help teach me how to handle her. He eased my fears and taught me a bit about my new snake. In fact, I not only lost my fears instantly, I fell so in love with her I went to his store and bought another one. He is also always giving discounts when you buy multiple items at once. We had Niagara Exotics attend our daughters birthday and put on an amazing reptile show. 21 loud and hyper 7 year olds, did bother the staff or the animals at all. Awesome variety of snakes, lizards, a frog the size of a basketball, tourtise, scorpion and many more. SCOTT literally had the answer to every question he really knows his stuff. We also attend the shop a couple times a month for crickets for my daughters gecko, every time we go in the staff shows us a different animal, or we watch the feedings, or they let my kids hold an animal. If I could give this place a 6 I would, awesome people that truly know there stuff!!

Cruel place. A fairly large chameleon is in an enclosure that is too small! They need to do more scientific research on what the bare minimum size is supposed to be for an adult chameleon. Place should be shut down.

I was very impressed after my first visit to Niagara Exotics. I was only there to buy feeder insects but ended up staying for quite some time exploring their awesome store. Bought a Red Tail Boa from here a while ago and the purchase process was super smooth and we were able to get everything we needed for him right there. They also sell all sorts of feeding option from meal worms to gold fish to many different sizes of rats. I dont plan on going anywhere else for any of my exotic pet needs. The owner is super awesome and always full of all the information need. I've been recomending this shop to all my friends and will continue to do so from now on.

I had such a cool experience at this place! My son has been bugging me for a while to get a bearded dragon as a pet! Now, I don't know much about bearded dragons and lizards and reptiles really creeped me out! When I walked into Niagara Exotics I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman who had a skink in his pocket LOL he showed me how to properly care for a bearded dragon their diet their life expectancy their demeanor everything I could possibly want or need to know! He even let me hold it and helps me feel comfortable holding it! The staff here are so knowledgeable and really know their stuff keep up the good work
