Service was slow and disorganized. We watched people leave the wait line because they couldn't process orders fast enough. To add poutine to a small fries cost $3.75. Gravy alone is $.75. That means the cheese is $3. I'd expect actual cheese curds. Not a sprinkling of mazzarela. If you want to make people disappointed, lie that you have received poutine. I know you're new and just opened, but you're losing business

Waited 15 minutes for my order. Had the Halibut, it was good however the fries were burnt, either that or the oil needed changing in the fryer.

I ordered via skip the dishes and the meal was hot, the packaging is top notch. I ordered two piece pickerel fish n chips and derp fried mars bar. EVERYTHING WQA HOT AND DELICIOUS! Thank you Fergie’s for delicious hot food during a pandemic.

Not good when trying to go there, thinking the mall will stay open to allow folks to go and order at Fergies, but the mall closes at 7pm!

Coming from a UK seaside town I was excited to find somewhere that did fish and chips and with curry sauce but how disappointed was I. The chips were more like fries, chips are thicker but not at all like wedges so that was my first disappointment and then the second came with the curry sauce/gravy... it should be thicker so it sticks to the chip, it was so runny that it couldn't be used for the purpose of dipping the fries in (can't call the chips as they were too thin) and lacked that curry flavour it came across as coloured water. The batter on the fish was soggy too. The only positive that came from my meal was that the cod was nice and meaty.

I'm from England originally, so I know what fish and chips are. These are not chips and the fish is meh. It's okay I guess. I prefer thick cut chips, not skinny ones. I prefer the fish to be bigger as well, not sure why they cut and weigh them all. In England you just get a full fillet and it's delicious. Quite bland, but that's fish and chips here honestly.

I ordered 3pc fish & chips. Fish was very small. On my take out order. When you eat at the mall pieces are much bigger. A waste of money. I feel. I should get some money back

Very poor quality of fish 1 piece was very salty and the 2nd was super greasy and not very tasty ....complained to the manager and he says ok thanks for letting me know ....good customer relations

Had the pickerel dinner. I’m a fisherman in Manitoba. The pickerel I was served was from a large and old pickerel fish. These fillets i was served were huge, the flakes were 1 square inch in size. These are not fish fillets that should be served to customers. There supposed to be sent to the slaughter house to be made into fish cakes.

The pickerel was just ok. Kinda pricey, especially if you upgrade to the halibut. Fries were good and I liked the curry gravy

Hadn't been here for a couple of years because the fish was so greasy. Figured I would try it again as I love fish. This time I ordered the pickerel, and it was awesome! It was fresh, white and flakey. Fries were great too, not greasy either! Service was really slow, but I still look forward to going back again.
