I was at the north store October first. While leaving my parking spot, a cart crew member- whose name I later learned was Farzad- came running towards my car at top speed - my car is brand new, 5 months old - and with maybe an inch or two to spare, he blocked a wind blown cart from hitting us! I am extremely grateful to this employee, he saved me from a nasty dent! Thank you so much!

Great prices for bulk goods. Has almost everything you could ask for. Very busy throughout the day so be prepared to fight crowds and long line ups. The extra store has definitely helped with the busyness. Staff is helpful at times. Most of the time they are too busy with other things just because they have so many requests to fill. I used to work here, so don't get mad at the workers. They are doing the best they can for how busy they are. Unfortunately they can't solve all the stores issues.

Good prices. Generally above average product quality. Selection of different types of articles will be limited but they have good quality product for good prices. They will have limited quantities of stock, so it is not uncommon for them to not have what you expect. Great return policy. Always have the cheapest gasoline in the city. Line ups at checkouts are common, but waits aren't normally very long.

I’m one of the fan of Costco retail. However, my last couple of visits were really unpleasant since I found one price in display and different price in scanning. I was talking with the manager and she and her teammate was checking the price and found different price and they just remove the price tag and say sorry to me. As a best retailer, the manager of Costco should know the scanner price accuracy code in Saskatchewan. This is for the second time same thing happened!!!! I would like to trust Costco as the number retailer in North America.

First time at this particular Costco. Although all Costcos are generally the same, this store has 2 coffee grinding stations for you to use and also self checkout. I have never seen self checkout at a Costco. It was a nice feature for when you only have a few items.

Awesome hot dogs (but if you don’t specifically ask for polish they will give you regular) and don’t forget to ask the server/cashier for hot peppers, onions, and/or sauerkraut. BEST FRIES IN TOWN. And, you don’t even have to be a member to order food here! And maybe I’m just ‘old’ but I HATE the new self-order machines. ALWAYS good sales and fair prices. They have everything from office chairs to school supplies, seafood to dish detergent, phones to fashion, books to protein powder, and lightbulbs to Halloween costumes, bathing suits, and Christmas trees. They even have a pharmacy! This layout makes sense and there is lots of room for shoppers whereas the new location DOES NOT! I have NEVER met a cashier here I didn’t like. I love that Costco does samples. Super cheap gas. HOWEVER, you can’t shop here or reap gas benefits unless you have a membership card and a card likely isn’t worth it if you live alone/in a small space. I go quite frequently and some experiences are worse than others but overall 5 stars :)

Generally a pretty good place to shop! Mostly good quality products, friendly staff, cheapest gas in town, and quick check outs! With some of the line ups they have it's surprising how fast the line moves. My only complaint is that there are sometimes too many people in the store and it gets crowded, but that just proves that it's pretty darn good. I keep going back and will continue to do so.

Honestly the staff at this Costco (my Costco) are amazing. Jeff found my wandering son and brought him back to us and then offered him a snack, before checking with me first. He was genuinely helpful, looked like he loved his job and was overall a very decent man. Jeff and Sandra in returns are amazing! Helpful! Friendly and never confrontational (like one lady). These 2 treat you like you're their only customer, no matter how busy. They take the time to get to know you and ask about your kids and family. Debbie is in the front end and she is always so friendly and polite. Making it a personal experience. Obviously the samples are always nice and it's a great tool to keep the kids quiet. Plus it's nice to try some things before buying a case ;) The food court $1.50 hot dog and drink is clearly the icing on the cake!! Mmmm!

Great place. Great friendly staff. The original St-Hubert location moved to St-Bruno and a lot of people think this location is now closed but that is incorrect. It is open and yes all membership levels are welcome here. If you haven’t been, go now! There is no pharmacy or clothing but there you can get shampoo, vitamins and other stuff,you won’t be disappointed! Meat, cheese, drinks, snacks and a ton of other amazing items.

I always get the service and top notch treatment when dealing at Costco. Fast and efficient especially during busy periods, they have service down to a science and the pharmacy has always gone out of their way to fill my prescription even when I make mistakes and forget to order some. They could easily make me wait but they do their best to expedite my medications in a better than deserved time period.

While we love Costco and buy lots of stuff from there, online and in store, the store is very busy and a long ways out of the city. It will be better if they open their second location in Rosewood. That should hopefully make it easier to get in and out of there.

What can I say...its Costco! It's awesome. The staff here are excellent always smiling and helpful. I'd give this a 5...if you would bring in the Liquor Store and maybe extend weekend hours. It seems on the weekend everyone flocks and is jammed up in the store (usually around the taste stations) which is super annoying trying to maneuver around giant carts and uncourteous people. Then again..we all know what Costco is all about so We all know what were in for when we walk through those doors!

This is very different from the regular Costco location. It's worth the trip though. They have lots of the same items and lots of different items more for convenience stores and restaurants. I buy my veggies there, my meat when I make spaghetti sauce as the quality and price is unbeatable. The prices of freezes and such are absolutely unbeatable as well. Some employees wear the face shield without mask, that's forbidden by law. When you won't give the donnations at checkout cashiers can "woooooooo" on you... They need a better supervison for mask and employees attitude.

Today was a very busy crowded time. I so very much rather have the one way aisles. People were entering aisles from both ends, leaving their carts wherever they pleased blocking off the aisles. Was not a pleasant shopping trip & if I hadn't needed a few items I would have just left the store after about 10 minutes. I hope the next time I need to go to Costco it will be better or I will just leave.

Knowing that Costco pays its employees well and doesn't over charge for their products makes this my favourite place to shop. The parking lot is sometimes so full that you have to drive around a while before something opens up, but that's just a reflection of how many people love to shop there. Definitely worth the executive membership if you do the bulk of your grocery shopping here. We've wound up getting money back every year... Enough to renew our membership and get some groceries, too!

Mixed feelings here. I had the cafeteria staff treat me like garbage and the only vegan thing on the menu is fries. Now the positive... the vegan grocery game is picking up nicely but.... we are vegan all year not just in the summer so please stop making the vegan stuff a seasonal item

Only thing that could be better is having a bathroom at the back of the store too, not just at the front of the store, as it's a large store. Also, a family bathroom so parents who need to change their child or nurse or help their child don't take up the only Handicap stall in the washroom.

What I can't understand are the people who refused the masks when they were free and, now that they have to wear a mask, don't cover their noses. This place is HELL. First of all, there is never parking available right in front of the entrance, so you have to WALK like 50 yards! If they'd make the MANY HUGE parking spots smaller, maybe I wouldn't have to walk so far. Once you're in the store, it's even worse. The place seems to have many customers shopping at all times, it's almost like it's very popular for a good reason or something. It's terrible, there are people everywhere and I really despise human interaction. Once you have managed to wade through the vast sea of humanity and get to one of the dozen registers, you have to wait in line for ALMOST FIVE MINUTES. That's insane! One time I missed the beginning of Dancing With the Stars and it's all COSTCO'S FAULT. Now here comes the worst part: You look at your receipt and you just bought $300 worth of reasonably priced quality items! How dare they sell so much good stuff that I have to buy it all? I somehow still use everything I bought and end up being FORCED to return to this cesspool of savings once again. I get so angry I have to gorge on pizza and icecream at the in store restaurant until I feel better and work up the energy for the long trek to the car. Whatever you do, don't buy a membership unless you're ready to spend the majority of your income in this awful store, because you will. I think they spray nicotine mist in your face when they hand you your coupon sheet when you walk in. I don't see any other reason so many people would keep coming back here.

Not like your regular Costco. You will not find a pharmacy, ophthalmologist, tire center, gas or restaurant. Nor will you find, personal items like cloths, sporting goods, books, games, garden tools or furniture. This is more oriented to businesses, and more specifically restaurants or food sale. Lots of commercial/restaurant grade kitchen equipment. You can still find most of the food and beverage products you normally find at a regular Costco + a much larger selection of products not normally found elsewhere.

Visited from out of town. Friendly and helpful staff. Great store though it could use more pumps at the gas station. I was amazed though at how the people of Saskatoon couldn't put carts away. There were at least a dozen carts abandoned within 2-3 stalls of a cart return. Sure, it was -30C but come on people, be respectful to other. Oh, and leaving your tray of Timmies on the ground outside your car when theres a trash can 20ft away. Really?

I love coming to Costco and stopping for a bite to eat because the food is so cheap! Usually they have a good selection of clothing and furniture to choose from. Costco is tried and true and whenever I find myself looking for items around the house or shopping for wholesale size orders, I usually come here. They also have a great selection of tires for your automotive needs at an affordable price. Having the Costco membership also gives us different perks like deals on rental vehicles when we go out of town. Would highly recommend Costco.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with Costco's customer service. I have been in on 3 different occasions about a price difference between costco.ca and the warehouse and each time I talked to someone I have been told something different, but it usually ends with "you need to call costco.ca for them to give you the difference back". After going onto the website to find the contact information to call, I find it CLEARLY states on the website that costco.ca does not price match warehouse prices. WHY DO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF NOT KNOW THIS?!! The staff I have talked to about this issue are very rude, snappy, and simply not willing to help. Will not be shopping here more often than necessary and will definitely not be ordering from the website again.

The customer service is great. ????I've been looking for a good air fryer for quite some time and found a wonderful one here. I also got great banking trays that they have in 3 sizes, took the medium one this time and I'm coming back for the smallest one. Oh! I dislike this one compared to its southern counterpart. Stuff is way closer together and it always feels like it's crowded. Staff seem a little more abrasive than the other one as well. The layout really messes with you, things aren't together half the time and I HATE that the dairy/egg cooler is so far tucked away in the back with next to 0 signs. I tried to do a quick stop during COVID and couldn't even find where to go. They also seem to allow way too many people in the store for the current state of things. All in all it's not bad, but if you can work it in to your time to go to the one in the south end, its way more worth it. P.S: Make more ribs

A good place to find some deals. I wish they were more consistent with carrying certain items, and I wish the customers would follow the posted signs that say to stay 2m away from one another. I realize that it's not the store's fault, but the staff could encourage costumers to follow the rules more. Also, about half the customers were not wearing masks as requested and a tenth of the customers who were wearing masks only has the mask half covering their face. Basically it was an unnerving time where I was at risk.

It's the 200 buck or more store. Tough to go in and come out without spending a lot. Parking is difficult (much better at the SE store) and line-ups can be long. Like all Costcos they have some unique items and foods that are hard to get elsewhere, and if you know your prices well you can buy in bulk (great for staples, not so good perhaps for pleasure consumables). Great deal on the $1.50 hot dog and drink.

Costco is a great place to get bulk items and also if you just want to get one of their delicious and low priced hot dogs in their restaurant! Whenever my family comes by we always go to the Costco off of highway 11 and grab a few and sometimes a full pizza. Friendly and courteous staff help get the customers in the building in a smooth flowing matter during the pandemic, and the servers in the restaurant are quick to get food ready Also, my go to place for gas that's always at a lower price then the mainstream gas stations. You just need a membership card (paid annually and it's worth it) and you're all set! Keep up the great work!

Really unhappy with Covid efforts. Want to buy tires even can pay online but they will not let us dropped off our vehicle without going in to sign a waiver. We have people at risk and they are not accommodating with such an easy thing. Their staff have no idea what phones are sold out at kiosk and will not check. The phone workers are busy and not answering phones for 4 days now. Mask up and go in even though nervous and they are sold out. Costco needs to be having better communication with the phone kiosk and have list of sold out goods. Costco is not limiting shoppers well. Large families going in needlessly. It's used as a hangout more than a safe trip. I know employees are working hard but the policies for people to shop safe are far behind stores such as Walmart and local options. Reconsidering renewal this winter.

They have changed it so that if you are not a member you cannot use their food court. So, you expect people to pay 50$+ a year to use your food court? I took my blind friend to costco Looking for coffee pods. I went to coffee section..only to find I had to go to the computer area to get pods. I was bugged that they didnt have some pods with regular coffee so ppl dont have to make trips back n forth across the warehouse. I spoke to manager. He says they sell them with office supplies. Thats great. Put some with regular coffee. Its just logical. Nvm the store mind trap maze. Serve the needs and convenience of the shoppers. Thats GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE????

So the prices on almost everything is up, and as usual I amvery careful picking out my produce, and in the end have a grocery packer laying cream and vegetables on there side and putting soap and shampoo on top literally tossed into a box with no brains used at all. By the time I get to my vehicle, my produce is all bruised, cream is spilled and I have a mess to clean up before I even get in my vehicle to go home. And this is almost every time go there. I think if you're going to pay someone to wreck my paid for product before I even get out of your store, you could at least provide them with some rudimentary training and supervision.

I find Costco getting complacent. Their flyer runs for way too long, so as a result it may turn customers off and do shopping elsewhere. But being Costco is NOT a one stop shopping centre, it just forces you to get things elsewhere. Most employees are friendly. The ones at the door need an attitude adjustment! Self checkouts should not be used...as it is a way of employees loosing their jobs.

I enjoy shopping at Costco, but some of the administrative staff are quite unfriendly and unhelpful. I had a query for them, but when I phoned I got told very abruptly that they were not able to, or basically not interested in helping me. After hanging up, I thought I would call once more to see if I could speak to a manager. When I got put through, the manager was snapping at me before we even started a conversation. I remained pleasant and we ended the conversation quickly, but I received no help and was feeling quite upset after hanging up. It's too bad, because I find the in-store staff to be wonderful and extremely helpful!

Went there just to see what it looks like. Pretty amazed at what they sell. A lot of things that are useful for restaurateur. I still manage to buy a few things that I never saw at other Costcos (black sesame seeds, specific brand cup noodles, etc). Also, there's barely anyone in it, so the checkout is quick!

I like Costco. Been a member for many years. This should have been a 5 star review. But it's not. Why? They added self check outs. It's a push towards eliminating employees. Then after they did this, they started having less regular check out lanes available. At the same time pushing customers to their self check out lanes. The one employee working the self check out tried to coax me into using it. She said: "I will even ring your items in for you." I said "No, I want you to keep your job." She replied "I still have my job." Maybe she hasn't been to Walmart lately. Where they have 40 self check outs with 2 employees working it. And only 1 actual check out lane open. Those jobs are lost. And if we allow these companies to do this, All of those jobs will be lost... Costco, Be better than this. Don't go this route.

I am not a regular Costco shopper as I do not live near one. I went today April 23 at 12 noon with a friend. We went in purchased food and took it out to eat. We went to go back in to shop and were told food was not allowed in the store. I threw away my fries at the rude employees demand and continued into the store. About 20 feet away from the workers my friend jokingly said to me are we going to get COVID from the fries we both laughed and carried on. About 5 minutes later 2 different ladies approached accusing us of of being being disrespectful to the employees. We were stunned. Then they had the audacity to accuse my friend of having tested positive for COVID. We were told we were not taking COVID seriously as my friends mask had slid down a tiny bit. I have a physical disability and I feel they preyed on this thinking they could say and do whatever they wanted. As someone who has never shopped or been in this location of Costco before I never will again. Your staff had no people skills and no customer service. I work in a grocery store and if we treated anyone in that manner we would not have jobs

Great prices on bulk items, from groceries to electronics. Great return policies on all products, except there's a 90 day return policy on most electronics, and all appliances, but you still get a two year warranty on those items. Or you can get the extended 3 year warranty, making it 5 years, at a decent price. Plus $1.50 hotdog and pop at the food court, how could you go wrong.

I'm an avid shopper at Costco and overall I've always had the best customer service, hence why I shop there. Yesterday however was a whole different story. I lost the receipt for a 55" Samsung TV, I wanted to see if I could return it or exchange it because it stopped working, found out after locating the receipt that I was 3 months over their in store warranty. I was completely aware that there probably wasn't much they could do because I hadn't purchased the extended warranty. The kind fellow in customer service mentioned I could speak with his manager to see if they could make an allowance, I thanked him and agreed that maybe I could speak with the manager. When she had approached the counter and we had explained the situation to her, she said she could possibly speak to her superior, however she felt it most likely couldn't be done. As she walked by I let her know that I'm just making ends meet. She said if you can buy a TV for $800 you're not just making ends meet...I said it was a gift. How did she know I hadn't saved money for the tv? and honestly saved up just enough for the tv, nothing extra. She said it's like insurance..I stopped her there, I'm an insurance broker and a lot of people purchase what they can afford. I said it's not like I bought a sled, ATV or car where I spent thousands of dollars..she just walks away. I know a TV is not a necessity but never do we assume someone's financial situation, and if we do we definitely don't voice it to the customer. I felt this was very unprofessional, I'm a single mom with 3 kids, it's tough out there...I don't even feel like shopping at Costco now. Long story short, nothing could be done with the tv, lessoned learned.

This new store (opened less than a month) is the first Costco store that provides such a huge section for vegetables, peppers and meats, everything you need to make a huge feast or a small meal. It's like a combination of Restaurant Depot and Costco; a real market. It's also great that the hours are not short, like in some other stores. Absolutely love it, it's where we go now!

In previous reviews I gave 5 star to costco warehouse based on quality ,customer service,return policy and warranty. when costco business center opened I started doing some shopping there I would like to share my experience on some of the item that I bought that lacks quality the first item #1070780 nupak Carlos Rice turn to be infested with rice weevils the bag was returned to costco second item# 1390881AEG pickled turnip 18 L bucket the taste was ok on some of the pieces but 3/4 of the turnip was old and very soft as if there were a mix of old crops with new one and the bottom of the bucket was full with soil sediment the turnip was not washed properly .the third item aurora sun dried tomatoes in a jar with oil very salty the one in the bag are perfect. Fourth item halal meat in the beginning the meat was rated AA I bought more than five pieces on many different occasions the meat was good suddenly the Meat changed to AAA higher quality I bought three pieces 8 to 10 kilo each piece what a dispointment the meat was not tender and in my opinion the meat rating is not a AAA I WILL STOP BUYING IT. I purchased the 4 kilo or 4.5 chicken breast in the fridge section the meat was not tender after all I believe that costco has to pay attention to the quality on some of the items that being introduced to the public and do more quality control the business center lacks some quality control I hope the management read that review and try to improve and pay attention to the quality.

Staff very helpful, and they offer the best return policy of any store we have been to. We bought a TV at full price and came in two weeks later and my wife noticed a $500 reduction (on sale) we went to cut stoner service and they gave us the difference with no questions asked. TERRIFIC STORE!

Terrible access on the north side off Marquis Dr. During busy times of the day, expect to wait awhile trying to get out of the parking lot from this exit. Don't park near this exit either as there was at least 20 cars backed up trying to leave. West entrance probably better but never came to location from that direction as this was my first visit.

Bought a phone from the store to get the promo $300 gift card to put it towards a new iPad. I purchased it online (not available in stores) and it went through and then two days later they cancelled my order bc their website didn’t ask for my code off the back of my card (which I looked for and thought was weird it didn’t ask for it). I tried for two weeks to try and buy it online and called multiple times (one time they even logged in on my account and tried) and on the last call they told me they couldn’t help me..... the HELP line!!!! I ended up deleting all my info off my account and re-entered everything and repurchased it and it finally worked, no help to Costco. For a company that prides them selves on customer service I am ridiculously annoyed and mad at how I was treated! I will not be buying much from them in the future!

We love everything about Costco. This newly opened Costco Business center is the first one in the province of Quebec and we are so lucky that it's opened just next to us. Very different from regular Costco. We always find something interesting to buy here that you can't find elsewhere.

Best place to shop for groceries imo. Always high quality products and a lot of good whole foods and organic selection. Costco is a very well run business, I hope they stick around for a long time. I always get good products for reasonable prices here. Their Kirkland brand products are usually of the highest quality as well. I buy their protein bars and the macros and ingredients are top notch. Not a bunch of added refined sugar either like most brands. Only downside up to shopping here is they are often packed and the parking lot can be a bit hectic when it's busy. If you don't already shop here I don't know why you wouldn't!

Guy at the cell desk tried to add a $38 case to my phone and bill without asking and switched me from Bell to Sasktel even though the prices were the same, which complicated the entire process. The other employee then ignored me to talk to another employee about her phone, while mine was "syncing", except it wasn't actually syncing at all. 2 1/2 hours of wasted time.

Wow! Between me & my husband in the past month have experienced not only poor customer service but actual harassment. I would like to point out that yes it is mandatory to wear a mask, however Costco does not get to decided what colour it is, what material, as long as it covers your nose and mouth. Trying to grab my cart away and getting up to my face is a violation of the same policy you are trying to preach with social distancing. Then threaten to take the membership away because you didn't like the mask. Costco Canada promised and local manager was going to call me back. That was in September. Very poor don't give a care

I really appreciate Costco and find myself shopping there more and more. However, I must comment about their pharmacy. I find it lacking. Lately, after a doctor's appointment where they send over a prescription, when I go to Costco later to pick it up, I find they haven't even looked at it. You really have to call ahead to make sure they are working on it... And even then they will take a long time compared to other pharmacies.

The price in Costco is really good and the quality of the merchandise they were selling...I just want to share our experience yesterday with one of the lady helper in the cashier till. She is sarcastically rude to us. Because she say, it's a busy day. I was very nice asking if there's a box that we can use and she gave us a little one, that I think what we purchase would not fit into that box. And she literally slamming down our stuff to the cart...I just hope she would treat everybody well regardless of the color or nationality of the person. After all she's in customer service, she must be trained and paid to provide "a good customer service. "

Costco is my go to store for almost everything. I'm an executive member so I can get the rebate payment which is a better deal if you spend $3000 or more per year. It's a combination of value and unique selection that drives me here. The reason for the 4 star rating at this location is that it's an older Costco with an older layout. Its slightly smaller than the newer Costco and parking there can be a pain at times. However you will be able to find all the main staples and services that Costco provides at this location.

This Costco location has some pretty unfriendly staff. I’ve been interrupted while talking to other customers by staff to rudely interject. The employees used to always offer boxes and now they don’t. If you ask for one you either get an eyeroll or they throw things in haphazardly. Also, not able to bring in your own bags still during covid. I can’t say I’m a fan of bagging my groceries out in -30.

Awesome place! It's a large clean store with amazing deals and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Get an executive membership and you earn 2% cash back on purchases and you can also save like seven cents a litre on gas. The only downside is that it's extremely busy and chaotic in there and it feels somewhat like a zoo at times. My daughter and I both commented that they should have someone directing traffic. I guess that just goes to show how awesome the place is. It wouldn't be so busy if it wasn't. Despite the crowds I'm definitely going to be doing most, if not all of my shopping here from now on. Highly recommended!
